I bought approximately 700€ worth of tiles. The tiles I received looked nothing like the sample or like the tiles on the website. They were awful. I asked for a refund from the company sending photos as proof and even sent tiles to the showroom and they refused claiming there are always a “variation”. Variation I accept however it must resemble what you ordered. They looked much cheaper and discoloured.

I can confirm the experiences shared by other reviewers about José Monmeneu from Natucer. He embodies a typical Spanish/Mediterranean mindset, which, in this case, means deflecting responsibility, avoiding solutions, and being entirely unhelpful when issues arise. You cannot expect any useful assistance or compensation from him under any circumstances.

Our specific issue involved the Natucer Muretto Argento tiles. As the name suggests, these tiles are marketed as "silver." However, the silver glaze on the tiles is so thin that, once installed, the dark brown base color shows through. The tiles have no resemblance to a true silver color and would be more accurately described as "metallic brown."

I requested an extra glaze layer to try and address the issue by applying an additional coating to enhance the silver finish. However, José flatly refused this request, as he does with any and all responsibility.

I cannot recommend this manufacturer or their representative based on my experience.
