K9 Naturals there food ruined our lives
If i could do 0 i would. This company killed my cat and poisoned my dog. All they offered was a self care package why would i want more of there product. Begged and pleaded for them to remove the batch but they wouldn't, due to me not keeping the tin the food was in they wouldn't do anything. I have tried and tried to get some justice for our gorgeous cat but nothing. The dog still suffers from a very delicate tummy. Seemed to coincidental that the cat and dog that ate it got ill with one passing yet the one cat that didnt eat it is still going strong today. I will never forget the pain of our poor cat he was just the most loving gentle funny wee man and he sure didnt deserve the painful disgusting heart wrenching way he passed. I will never forgive myself for buying k9s product and feeding it to the animals i blame myself everyday about it. I cant live my life the way i use too K9 took that away from me. Everyday Im in pain with remorse, I have fought and fought them, ok so they did tests but what makes me so angry as they admitted in writing that there was a black substance in the batch that they presume was unmixed flax seed. As i didn't keep the can at first we couldn't get it checked. The tab lock on the tin was missing. I have been told that due to the product inside it was probably mold, I didn't get what i brought I got a damaged tin with a black substance in it. I have been to consumers, and they said we deserve some sort of compensation. At first all i wanted was the batch recalled so no other family had to suffer how we but its been so long and its been passed everywhere i could get it too. I have even gone to an ombudsman in parliament. I feel rejected and like our animals lifes mean nothing to this company who are suppose to care for our pets. 16000 people on social media agree we need some kind of compensation to take a bit of the pain away. Just to pay back the vet bills cremation costs and some sort of jewelry for our daughter in remembrance of the cat. It just proves the animals aren't thought of by big companies they are just after the money.
