Many recent orders on line say one thing and then do something different upon check-out. ex.product is advertised on x amount of $-at check out they ask for personal info 1st that takes you to complete order and you don't know how much your order is till you press complete. (One is chg and amount 2 x the amount and lg shipping.) no customer service phone #. or we don't get the product. Don't let Big pharma get to you Dr O'nei or Elon. We are out fighting for aa different America also. Thank you for what you are doing.

The product quality is excellent,however, using the USPS for delivery is an unreliable nightmare.
Orders were more reliably delivered in the past with UPS.
Strongly prefer if you would return to this mode of delivery, even if it adds a few dollars to the total.

Regarding shipping options, we wanted to clarify a few details. Our previous shipping method, Mail Innovations, also utilized USPS for the final delivery stage, and was a less expensive shipping option. However, we had to discontinue using UPS for shipping due to consistent issues with lost packages, which made it an unreliable option for ensuring timely deliveries to our customers. While the USPS is more costly we have had significantly less issues in package delivery.
In reviewing your account, we see no records of issues reported with your deliveries, and your most recent shipment was delivered within the standard shipping timeframe.
