Poor delivery and service
Despite the three day delivery claim, my order took two weeks to arrive, and I only received confirmation that it had been shipped after I chased it. There was no communication or apology regarding the delay from the seller.
When it arrived, there were two packets of CBD tablets inside, rather than the CBD and CBDa I ordered. I contacted the company through their website, but received no reply. I won't be ordering again.

First order
I have just received my order from Nature Creations. Unfortunately UPS somehow managed to lose my package in transit and the owner kindly agreed to a full refund. In the event I chose another oil and a partial refund instead and my replacement was despatched and received quickly. The owner is very knowledgeable about CBD and I enjoyed our discussion. He more than made up for the loss of my initial consignment with his positive and customer focused approach in resolving the issue.
