As I have reviewed previously, I cannot praise the product highly enough. It is the delivery that I take issue with. Your courier deliveries arrive with the top layer on each box starting to defrost. It really is disappointing to have to mention this yet again. It was fine when delivered in your own refrigerated vans. I now find myself looking at alternatives
