no stars for powerwashing. Do not pay until you see results.
They appeared and described their work professionally. However, did a completely unsatisfactory job of powerwashing. I paid $1300 for powerwashing flagstone patio and deck. Patio is probably 3/4 ok with other 1/4 not finished. I asked someone else to look at deck who agreed it did not look like it had been power washed at all. It is very dirty. I also found out I paid about twice as much as I should have. (I hope this had nothing to do with my old age.) I am told I can have the deck powerwashed for $350. Warning. Get another estimate before you agree to powerwash and check the results before you pay. I waited too late to put a stop order on my check but feel I should be reimbursed for the deck - which was $700. They described the job they would do as power washing each board on the deck so they make a good presentation but different execution. This just may be one area they should stay away from. Other work may be excellent - but given my experience I would not hire them for anything. (And I had been feeling so good about supporting young clean-cut entrepreneurs!!)
