Steer Clear of Kathleen Navarra and her business.

I worked alongside this company for a few years until I got tired of them hiring contractors on their own. I am the licensed general contractor and she is not. However her employees and her company hire sub contractors illegally. Navarra Designs and her client profited from this illegal act at my expense. Kathleen Navarra lied to the client to have me removed from $500,000 worth of projects because I exposed her as an illegal contractor. Find someone that doesn't need to break the law to do business with them.
