Need urgent improvement
First, this site doesn't have English costumer service so if you need support with your purchase, which is generally the case you better speak Dutch or use a translator, which is really strange for web stores businesses these days. Second, every time I bought something, they never send you the post track number and all the time my packages got missing for e weeks. I like their products, but their system need to be updated ASAP because is old and doesn't work.
