Scam

Scam!!! Never buy there. Disappoint! No-existing customer service, doesn’t shy to post stories while buyers don’t receive any reply to numerous emails about undelivered orders! No send order only loose money.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience!
I ordered 3 dresses in december 2022.
Never received them and never got my money back.
Don’t buy from this website, attractive clothes, instagramable but you will loose your money!

Bought three clothes online

Bought three clothes online, only received 2 pieces, ask them to return money, three months, no one, no answer, they have an account of INSTAGRAM, we need to comment it together, very bad company.

Dreadful customer service

It is a lovely brand but I have had serious issues over the last 2 years with my orders. First of all they have always been very delayed by weeks and sometimes months. My main concern is that as I am ordering from the UK most of my parcels get stuck in customs because they are not geared to sending abroad nor making the enquiries to remedy the custom issues. The last time, my parcel got stuck in customs I was told to pay an amount equivalent to the value of the item to release the parcel! It was all their fault as they had put a value on the paperwork which was about 3 times what I had paid for it! I wrote to their customer service and they have ignored ALL my emails. All my messages were very polite even though I was out of pocket significantly because of their error but they have chosen to not address the issue nor reply. I order from quite a few small brands in France and I have never had that problem. It is a real shame because they have some lovely items. I have serious concerns about a brand which completely ignore complaints and issues from their loyal customers.

Disappointed with customer service

I cancelled my order on 16 November 2021 with their confirmation of cancellation and refund of the goods. On 11 January 2022 I still had no refund from them.
I wrote an email to customer service and a private message on their instagram profile, never received a reply.
If what they show (style, professionalism and talent) was also reflected in their customer service it would be a top boutique....but unfortunately this is not the case. Non-existent customer service, from a boutique it is unacceptable not to receive even a response to a request. I'm sorry because the profile inspired me confidence and seriousness.

Bad customer service

For the past years I have ordered multiple times (for total of €€€€ amount) from the website that is constantly crashing. I have never ever received a single order on time. And I don’t mean a few days delay - it is always weeks and months...
One of the times my order was about a month late again (I was starting to notice it is not an accident but a pattern) I decided to try contact the customer service - 4 emails, messages and comments on Instagram- no response. I then send another email - this time angry (asking if there’s customer service at all). They finally replied in a super disrespectful way - I have never seen a brand to allow itself to speak like this to a customer, seriously.. when I received the order the complimentary tote bag (that I had always have received before) was missing :)) maybe it was a punishment for my complaint. From that moment on I knew there’s no point speaking to them. It’s a pity because the clothes are pretty, but you should know they they never meet their shipping dates (expect to receive you swimsuit ordered in May/June in September - probably for next summer) and the customer service is ridiculous. I have never even tried to make a return because I could only imagine the headache..

An update on our ongoing idiocy with…

An update on our ongoing idiocy with this idiotic and frankly dishonest french company. In spite of blatant proof of their deliberate lack of refund - a registered letter (which remains unanswered) a letter to the Galeries Layafette and a couple of emails which are again ignored - we have still yet to recover the money which they owe us.
They now deny ever getting the dress back although (before they deleted the history) it was marked on our account as accepted for refund and "processing"(we have photographic proof of this taken from the website before they wiped it) so it is totally disingenious and deceitful of them to say that they didn't get the dress back. Unbelievable how badly they behave and think nothing of ignoring those they can't be bothered with. It's difficult to say how much I abhor people like this ...absolutely ghastly.
PLEASE BEWARE AND THINK TWICE OR MORE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.
