Saw a good review about the nail cream…

Saw a good review about the nail cream and nail buffer file in the Mail on Sunday. Decided to give it a go. So pleased I did. It is instant. Nails already. Improved. The file is really good too. Ordered the hand cream and wash gel duo but not started that yet. So far, extremely pleased with service and products.

So far so good

It’s probably not long enough to leave from receiving the cuticle balm and an email requesting a review. A couple of months rather than a week would be better. Also the link in the email doesn’t work.
However, I adore the smell of the product and it is really easy to use. So far so good and I will continue using it.
I have one small piece of constructive criticism, the font and print on the box of the instructions and ingredients list are tiny and being reflective gold is really difficult to see!

So far so good and I’ve only had the…

So far so good and I’ve only had the products two days. I suffer from an allergy to gel /acrylic nails and as a result my nails have all started to lift from my nail bed from about halfway down my nails.
I read a review on gel nails in a national paper and the reviewer had started to use Navy nail products and was really impressed with the cuticle cream, so I thought I had nothing to lose here.
I’ve used the products for two days now and the irritation around my nails has all but gone, including the fungus that had accumulated under my loose nails. I appreciate that by having the gel removed from my nails that they were going to improve anyway, but this is the second time I’ve had this problem and the first time, it took a couple of weeks for my nails to calm down. I really hope they continue to improve as they have done and maybe, just maybe I’ll end up with beautiful natural nails. Never again will I have gel nails, sadly

Love my new products

I ordered the hand and cuticle oil—I love it! The scent is lovely, and it’s not greasy at all. I also ordered the lash and brow oil, and I can already see my lashes looking fuller. I’ll definitely be coming back to this shop soon!

Terrible customer service

When my order arrived of the four items ordered only three were received. I phoned immediately and was told they would investigate and call me straight back, no apology for the missing item. There was no call back. I phoned again and spoke to the same person Tracey and was told she had not had time to check the packing cctv to see IF the item was missing and would call me back. She called back and advised the cctv had been viewed and the item was missing as I had advised and would send a replacement, again no apology. My customer experience was horrible I was made to feel I was 'trying to pull a fast one'. I have never been made to feel like this and I say this as a retired customer service trainer for one of the countries largest retailers. I sent a letter marked addressee only to the founder detailing my experience, you have probably guessed it wasn't even a knowledged. From a brand that is marketing themselves as a prestige brand it saddens me that it is not being recognised that customer service experience is paramount to a brands success. I will no longer purchase from Navy and will no longer recommend this brand to others¹

Having reviewed the communication, I can see that our team did their utmost to resolve the issue by checking the CCTV and arranging a replacement as quickly as possible.

Very poor customer service

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Navy Professional Ltd. I purchased a pair of the Helen Cuticle Nippers on 31st July and, despite being a small nail tech working with just 1–3 clients a week, the blades became blunt and unusable within less than two months.

When I raised the issue, instead of acknowledging the poor durability, the company accused me of having damaged the tool. I handle all of my tools with care and store them properly, so this was both unfair and frustrating. The fault I reported was about the blades themselves becoming blunt, not the tips as they insisted.

For the premium price and reputation of this brand, I expected much higher quality and better customer service. Unfortunately, I was refused a refund or replacement, leaving me very unhappy with both the product and the way my concern was handled.

I do not intend to buy from Navy Professional Ltd again and cannot recommend them to other professionals.

As explained during our correspondence, unfortunately we are unable to be responsible for accidental damage to tools once they have been removed from their packaging and put into use. To ensure we handled your concern thoroughly and fairly, we had the nippers independently inspected and provided you with images confirming that the blades had been significantly damaged beyond repair, rather than naturally becoming blunt.
Although we could not offer a refund or replacement under these circumstances, we did extend a discretionary discount towards a replacement tool as a gesture of goodwill. It is important to us that we remain fair and consistent with all customers, and we follow the same process for every case.
We are sorry to hear that you remain disappointed and appreciate your feedback as it helps us to continue reviewing our service and standards.

OUTSTANDING QUALITY AND SERVICE!

I recently reviewed Navy Professional products and services and thought it necessary to do a follow-up because this company is truly impressive.

Since my purchase, customer's service has diligently worked to resolve a small issue quickly and professionally. Very impressive!

Further, after a couple of weeks of using the Cuticle Balm, my hands are finally looking like their younger self. Another observation and it may be a coincidence, my nail beds are much smoother and whiter…what a bonus.

The Lip Balm is also very nourishing and soothing. I have just placed a second order to keep in my bag.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this company! Quality and service are truly outstanding!

Bare nails

I have bought all the nail range love it , but only one negative thing that s there’s no instructions on how to use on bottle so I had to go online to check it,great products as I have short nails I see a great improvements already tks you x

Terrible experience – avoid Navy Pro

I had a really bad experience with Navy Pro. Due to a technical error on their website, I was charged twice for the same order. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they kept insisting that I had placed a duplicate order myself (why would anyone do that?!).

Both orders were delivered, and since I couldn’t reject one at the door, I had to return it. Not only did they fail to refund the shipping costs from the duplicate order, but I also had to pay out of my own pocket to send the package back – costs which they refused to reimburse.

In short, Navy Pro made an error, but I was the one who paid for it. Very poor customer service and absolutely no accountability.

I strongly do not recommend buying from Navy Pro.

Cuticle Oil bottle and pen.

Arrived very well packaged. Have only been using the cuticle oil for a couple of days but so far so good. I love its consistency. Also loving the bottle and also the look of the gold cuticle pen. Would recommend.

Cuticle scissors and nail oil

The products at Navy are second to none. I purchased the cuticle scissors and nail oil and both are excellent. The nail oil has made a huge difference to hydrating around the edges and base of my nails and I wouldn’t be without it now. I’ve tried many others and this is the best. The scissors are so slim and precise they’re perfect for any trimming around the cuticles.

First Impression - 4.5 Stars

I believe customers should receive a 'leave a review' email about three months after their order is delivered. This isn't just for your company, but a general suggestion for any company I order from. I just received my order yesterday, so I haven't had a chance to use the tools yet.

My first impression of the purchasing process was very positive. Delivery from the UK to the US was smooth and timely. The tools themselves look great and feel high-quality, with a nice weight to them that suggests a good grade of material.

The one thing I was not crazy about was the Hand & Cuticle Serum. I was excited to use it at the office, as I'm trying to make an effort to keep my cuticles hydrated. However, I just tried it and the scent is very strong, like a man's cologne. I like men's cologne, but not on me. Suggestion - may be an unscented option

I will update the review once I try the tools.

Navy Pro, an absolute must have!

As a long standing customer of Navy Pro I am consistently blown away with the quality and thought displayed through each product.
