This would be a ZERO rating

This would be a ZERO if I could make it. This person or whoever is in charge, is unreliable, not trustworthy, and a fraud.

I asked for a refund bc I didn't receive my purchase. I was told I was receiving it Monday night, and they never sent it. Then the person ghosted me most of Tuesday until late that evening.

The refund policy says I can get a refund if the purchase had not been processed. So far all I get is "we can't do anything for you." And this is after I have disputed the transaction with PayPal.

Do not trust this site or go anywhere near it.
