Expecting students to find thier own…
Expecting students to find thier own assessers in a placement centre is not the best because it's very difficult to find one. For over two months now after registering I have not been able to find a place for placement because no school want to take the responsibility of the assessment as required and NCC had previously encouraged me to register and look for a school for placements while other institutions encourages you to find a place for plav3first before registering eventhough they provide assessors. I think the school only cares about the money they mare making because after I complained about not finding a school for the placement s, they insist on taking the monthly direct debit even when they have blocked access to the study portal while the finish date as been extend. How can you lay for a service not use? The school should improve especially providing their own assessers to visit students and get assessments done as it's not easy to find that requirement.

I currently work in healthcare
I currently work in healthcare, but starting this course has really broadened my experience and understanding of what care truly means. I have come to realise that care is not simply about providing support to someone; it involves understanding their individual needs, dignity, wellbeing, choices, and the different aspects that contribute to person-centred care.
Studying this course has helped me to see care from a much wider perspective and has given me a deeper understanding of what care entails beyond my day-to-day responsibilities in healthcare. It has also encouraged me to reflect on my own practice and continue developing my knowledge and skills so that I can provide better and more meaningful support to the people I care for.
