I have paid for Pixillion twice now over the years, both times the version I paid for gets "updated" to the new version, and you cant use the previous version, but the license you purchased no longer works unless you pay more for the NEW version. Its such a rip-off! so I have a valid license, that I paid for, but its not supported because they have upgraded to version 13, but I paid for version 12... but there is no way to go back and keep version 12, so to keep using their product i need to pay... AGAIN. NO NO NO! Ripoff! dont get suckered in!

I manage and develop a website for an amateur opera group. For each production I've embedded a page of text and several images/photos in the website thereby creating an historical record so that existing and potential members can easily review the group's activities. To avoid paging through a large number of images I have used NCH Software to embed a slideshow. I'm not a professional website developer but simply someone who occasionally updates a website. I found the NCH Software very straightforward to use.

absolute scam. I quite liked the software so decided to join them - paid up and nothing - no email, no comfirmation, no correspondance whatsoever.. I was patient and waited until the money was taken from my bank a day later for something ---- Nothing came. The money taken was more than I thought and when I tried to get hold of them the website wanted me to give over my bank details and sign up to more monthly payment - wow what a con! Guys be very careful

I emailed an enquiry and got a reply saying they'd get back to me within 24 hour. It is now days later.

Terrible customer service. Couldn't install their Voxal on my computer and needed debugging. Contacted their customers and they didn't care. Looks like they just don't need customers.

I wanted to know how to install my paid version of Photopad onto my new computer and NCH replied very quick. Unfortunately it went into my spam folder so I’ve only just seen it but it looks straightforward. I love Photopad, I make calendars every year for family members and Photopad makes it so easy to do.

EXCELLENT SOFTWARE SIMPLE TO USE AND VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD

In my opinioin these are crooks. I paif 89.94 for software anmd 13.33 for a subscriptioon and need a passcode to activate them. I was supposed to receiuve it as soon as ~I paid. No code came. I emailed NCGH - no reply. I reported th e problem to Paypal - they found in favour of NCH but did not say why. They obviously love them. I still not have received a passcode to activate the three software bundles I bought nnd cannot have a refund according to the imperious Paypal which acts like a Roman Emperor at a Gladiator contest. NCH has never replied to my email asking for the passcode and complaining about it. The still send me emails about using their products and I have found I ma still subscribing to their 13.33 load of nothing/.. This is fraud, plain and simple. Fortunately, I am a digital journalist - I know a scam when I see one. I am now reporting them to Action Fraud. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Had an issue with the eraser function, technical solved the issue very professional and very quickly and I am not an expert but technical were very concise and made me feel quite intelligent.

Wavepad has for years been my go to audio file software. For chopping, editing, volume, or merging.
Its even very simple to use it for format changing.
