Unhelpful customer service
I purchased two items from this company on 3rd November. After a couple of days I had changed my mind about the order and wanted to cancel it before it had shipped. I emailed the customer service email which was provided on their website to state this.
Their customer service is horrible! Back and forth emails for a week but the replies I got were automated emails stating that they will ship my order asap. Between the automated emails I would have an actual person answer who was no help whatsoever. They ended up shipping my order, I would avoid this company!!
Update: I have received the products I ordered and they are cheap quality. Even if I didn’t want to cancel my order I would be highly disappointed receiving these.
