Ordered an item which was being shipped from US to UK. Took 1 month to get from there to Lincoln then nothing. More than 2 months since I ordered and their support email has lied every step of the way, refusing to issue a refund. They have now blocked me from their email so I have no choice but to sue them. Avoid this company at all costs.
