Absolutely the WORST customer service and website. Over 100 emails to try to fix all the errors with written instructions, plus countless loom videos explaining the typo's and errors that need to be fixed. Their website offers a money back guarantee, don't believe it. They told me in early OCT I would get my money back, I am still waiting for it. Every time I call, they hang up on me. They don't respond to emails. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM!
