delighted to know another side of professional writing. 5 stars !

i've been working with people for more than 10yrs now, not only with white & blue collar workers, but also with managers from line to top from both private and public sector, so what i am about to say takes into account a well understanding of people, people behavior and business environment. From top to bottom positions, from colege to 12th degree, from experienced to unexperienced people, i've rarely seen people working on own development long term skills, i rarely heard someone really spending hours actually reading not only writing in a CV about reading as a hobby, i rarely seen people willing to accept own mistakes and do smth about it, not putting it on someone else's shoulders..or managers willing to make an historical breakthrough, only people managing their own income and benefits. If u get the chance to read about leadership anywhere over the internet, u'll see that Neculai's articles are a real masterpiece, a motivational kind of stuff that would make u want to leave the real world and go live in the world of his writings. I remember being a student , proffessors imposed us to read their copy/pasted books with a heavy bibliography at the end, and even then i declined their "offer" with the risk of getting lower grades, that s why the first thing i'm looking for my development, is originality, creativity and the writer's capacity to put my brain to work...
