Do Not Waste Your Time, RUDE
This place is the absolute worst! I called ahead to confirm that I could get a new cpap because mine stopped work. The woman on the phone assured me I could and to come on in. When I got there they told me my prescription had the wrong code. No big deal my doctors office agreed to send the right code and notes. Then the girl tried to tell me they wouldnt take my "out of state" insurance, I have BCBS of Alabama! They suddenly became almost hostile and said they would not sale me a cpap and I should go somewhere else. I told them they are the WORST and I left. I left there and went straight to Oneal. When I got to Oneal they called Neighborhood and asked for my sleep study records. Neighborhood said they didnt have my info or records. They most definitely do because they have filled my prescription before. So basically they lied and would not send MY information over even though I signed a request for records. They are rude to their customers and act like it is an inconvenience to them when people come through the door.
