Just be aware that all this "made to order and sending it off to artisans for personalisation" is absolute nonsense. More on that in a minute...
Emails to the stated business email address bounce back as undeliverable. Had to resort to messaging on social media.
No updates were sent unless I asked for one. Really awful customer service. My order was eventually dispatched (just over 5 weeks after ordering) but with no email notification, so I didn't even know it was on the way.
On receipt, my suspicions have been confirmed. This exact item is for sale on Ali Express for £4.99. Artisans? Nope. It's being sent from China so expect a 4-6 week wait, that's why! Looks and feels cheap. Not convinced it's even leather. Completely ripped off being charged £45 for this.
I don't usually go out of my way to leave a negative review, but I think it's a travesty that she's charging what she is for these. Hope it helps someone who may be considering parting with their money to think twice.
