If I could give this company less than…

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. Bought a Mac Miller shirt that was advertised as embriodered, the ads show a sweatshirt and the work was clean and looked good. I ordered a large thinking I was paying for a sweatshirt however when it arrived I got a T shirt that was too small, there were strings hanging off the shirt everywhere from the embroidery and the words were sloppy at best. Hard to read.
Poor quality. Asked for a refund within the return window. Told I was to only get 30% return and not 100% because the item “arrived on time”. I can’t believe this, this is a scam and a terrible policy. I would never recommend anyone shop at this store. Poor quality, over priced, terrible refund policy.

Great service

Not only is their comic absolutely great, but the service of their shop is also sublime.
My first package got lost in transit and they replaced it without any trouble. One of the shirts I ordered was out of stock but they managed to find one stashed away :D
items are always of good quality and beautiful :D

If you like Nemu-Nemu or kawaii stuff, don't hesitate to buy from their shop ^^
