AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - Dreadful service, not operating with the consumer rights for purchases online i.e. 14 calendar days from the day after you receive all goods in an order (unless it's for regular delivery such as a magazine subscription, when only the first delivery counts). Once you've cancelled an order you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Instructed I wanted to return an item within 14 days and then returned the item within the additional 14 days period (on the 15 day) told that they would not accept the return and I would have to pay the £5 to send it back to myself. Avoid this company, not working within consumer rights laws.

Excellent fast service at a very fair price.

Prompt arrival. Royal Mail is the best courier, at least in this, rural, area.
The goods were well packaged against damage.
The PSG007 had been removed from it's package and replaced the wrong way round with the terminal protector adrift.
All in all a good service. I will obviously have to fit the parts to the car to be sure they work.

I was in need of the part for my van asap so it could be serviced/fixed and get me back on the road and working.I was able to find the part quickly with Neo Bros at a very good price which included delivery. I requested a personal collection at their premises which they facilitated and the customer service and communication was excellent.I will definitely look for parts from them again now that I know they have expanded their range. I was a regular previous customer when I had my Saab cars.

There was a delay with the delivery but Neo Brothers made me aware as soon as they knew. As it happened the delivery was only delayed by 1 day.

I’ve used neo for 2+ years and always had a 5 star service all the guys all know they stuff I wood not by an engine from any other company

I purchased an item via ebay 28th Oct the item is now faulty, Ebay have put a flag on their account incase other people have the same problem.
I spoke to Neo Bros to be told as you purchased through ebay platform you only have a 30 day warrenty,they said nowhere on the site says it has a 12 month warrenty.
After speaking to them I quoted the consumer law gives al items 12 months warranty, they put every barrier you can think of. PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY VIA EBAY

Absolutely fantastic company from start to finish as my fuel pump was lost in transit which was down to the courier not them but they stepped up helped me sent me another pump straight away as it was booked in with the garage , the service was excellent and at a really good price for the part , i will definitly buy from this company again thank you

Brilliant. I ordered all my Saab service parts yesterday, apart from oil and they arrived this morning, barely 18 hours later. Better still, they beat my local motor factors on price, even with delivery added!

Phoned for advice before buying because I really didnt have a clue what I was doing. Really helpful and friendly. Was able to find and check the part online. Buying was easy and the part was delivered less than 24 hours after purchase.

Part arrived early and was perfect for the job.

I had cause to contact Neo Bros first, and received prompt and helpful replies. My order was placed, and received as quickly as humanly possible using Royal Mail. Fitted the next day to the car, and cured my (second to last) problem. (The last problem is more a case of working out what it is, but doesn't affect running). Nevertheless, as a Saab driver, I can't fault them.
