I've worked with many web agencies over the years both large and small. We built a fairly complex system with Neoteric which launched towards the end of 2014 and have been really satisfied with the service we've experienced both on the run up to launch and to date as the site evolves.

Shoaib has been an amazing project manager, providing an excellent level of technical knowledge which has enabled him to explain the more complicated jargon in a really effective way whilst also understanding potential implications of our requests and being proactive in coming up with alternative suggestions.

Our programme manager Siva turns things around really quickly and his technical ability is second to none. We appreciate how hard he's worked on our project and have not experienced someone who's willing to put the hours in the way Siva does, and are very grateful for this. We do have a tenancy to want everything "now"!

A big thank you to the team. They continue to offer excellent service at really competitive rates.

11 months ago I paid Neoteric £750, to build a website. To cut a very long story short nothing they delivered was what I asked for, numerous mistakes, constant blagging 'we emailed you but didn't hear from you' response, this went on and on and on. 2 months agao I asked to file a complain and was greeted with a 'send a complaint form and see what we can do' nothing was ever received or replied from this. I have drawn a line and wrote the £750 off, I checked Google reviews to read online about the company and should have gone with the advice already given by other disgruntled businesses that have too been stitched up. I did ask the sales rep about this and was given some story, I wished I had taken the Google review advice. 3 days later the sales rep that sold me the website and all its perfection left Neoteric. I also have 3 other websites that all have ran perfect so its not as though I don't know what to expect when dealing with this line of work. For anyone contemplating NeotericUK go take your money elsewhere.

Update since posting this. I lost my money and time and effort with this company - AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

I was very unsure when deciding which company to put my trust in after a previous firm let me down badly.
Initially I spoke with [name] who spent a lot of time talking me through what Neoteric could offer us. Any questions I threw at him he answered without hesitation and I am so pleased we have furthered our business with them.
Initially [name] was in charge of the design, he did an excellent job in providing us with a professional look to the website, yet keeping the essence of what our business is about with a warm, friendly feel.
Next [name] was on the phone to introduce himself and ensure me that he would take care of our account. He has done an excellent job in ensuring the website was built to the exact specifications we required. Changes needed to be made along the way which were never a problem, any extra things I need integrating were done with speed and efficiency. On the few instances where [name] was not available there was always someone like [name] or another person in the office to deal with my request or take messages.
The end result is far more than I ever could have hoped for, the price I paid for the website seems so reasonable and my site has been live for 4 days now, customer feedback so far has been fantastic. Any problems were dealt with quickly and I now feel I have a long standing relationship with a fantastic company to grow my business with.

I was exceptionally particular about our website and made constant, varied changes in the early days and I feel that Neoteric UK were just so helpful and trustworthy. They dealt with all change requests as quickly as I expected. All were dealt with, with the importance and professionalism that I wanted, being the fastidious person that I am. Neoteric UK exceeded my expectations and I would happily and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone that needs web-related assistance. Great, competent people and so genuinely helpful and friendly.

We started our ecommerce company using Neoteric UK around 2 years ago. From the start they've paid attention to exactly what we want and made it clear what work will be done for free and what needs to be charged and at what price, and what sort of time-scale to expect depending on their current and upcoming workload

Anything we want changed on existing features is usually done for free as well. We've got a great relationship with all of the guys at Neoteric UK, especially [name] who's a key leader for the company, who we work with closely to make sure our site is developed and managed just how we want it.

When problems come about on the site we simply email through a description of the issues through to support and copy in [name] and we work through the problem to make it right for us.

All in all, great guys and a great company.

I started work here a year ago and Neoteric has just finished completing our new website. They worked to our requirements and brought the project in on time. Since arriving I have been responsible for updating the website with our products and services and it is so lovely to know that a friendly, helpful voice is on the end of the phone at Neoteric to talk me through any areas I need help with.

They never make you feel that it is too much trouble for them to talk you through any processes. They provide great feedback and reports on how your site is performing. Their SEO work is excellent and ensures our website always stays on page one

Let's be frank here, none of us is perfect and there is no such thing as a perfect, flawless company. What however is key is that if and when a company makes a mistake they admit it and resolve it as quickly as possible. We have had a few grumblings since we've used Neoteric since 2009 but every time they have quickly resolved these and not adopted a "blame culture" that is all too prevalent especially when it comes to customer service.

I have built up a recent decent partnership with my own Account Manager at Neoteric who is all too happy to both honour our original pricing and regularly keeps me abreast of the latest changes affecting their market. Their willingness to become your partner and not ever dictate to you is one of Neoteric's best advantages so I have few qualms in recommending them, especially for their online marketing services.

Below is a true copy of the letter my solicitor has sent to this Pathetic company who has been giving our company a run arround. The fact is they cant simply deliver a project on time and are not competent to do so. Their developers are all based in India as you can find them all on linkedIn so you may consider contacting them direct!!! They have taken over £4000 from us and just will not fix the issues and pass over the completed work. I urge everyone to stay well away from them!!!

Dear Sirs
Re Website: Furniture Website
We are instructed to act on behalf of our clients regarding construction and design of a Furniture Website.
We have been advised by our clients that the initial instructions were provided to you at the beginning of May 2013. There was also a verbal agreement between you and our clients that full completion of the construction and design would be completed within four- eight weeks. This is clearly not the case as we are now proceeding into the month of December and the website still has not been completed.
Furthermore, we have been advised by our clients that the construction and design completed so far, does not meet the specification of the site. We have been advised by our clients that the site is not being tested correctly by your company which is causing delays in launching the site. This is due to unsatisfactory quality checks being carried out by you. In addition, this is resulting in further manpower being used by our clients as additional testing is being carried out by them which is revealing that the site is not working correctly. This is having to be done repeatedly by our clients which is clearly not acceptable. Our clients have sent us a file of all emails sent to you advising you of all of the issues that need rectifying. This should not prove to be necessary as it is clearly yourselves that are being paid to provide our clients with the expertise and knowledge.

We have also been advised by our clients that they have been severely inconvenienced as a result of your non compliance and negligence with their specifications. This has caused delay and financial loss to them as they have not been able to launch the site on time. They have also been restricted in using the services of another company as the coding and the structure has been created by you. This has severely disadvantaged our clients in seeking another company to construct the site as they will now have to incur further expense to instruct another company to start from the beginning.
We note that our clients have made two payments to you in respect of completion of the works in Stage 1 and Stage 2. Firstly, on 9 May 2013 in the sum of £2400 and a later payment in the sum of £1800 has been made on 21st June 2013.
You are clearly in breach if your agreement with our clients and in light of the inconvenience, delay and losses incurred by our clients, they no longer wish to utilize your services.
Our clients expect a full refund for the total amount of £4200 by no later than 4pm on 9 December 2013.
Please note that if a response to our correspondence is not forthcoming within the next seven days, we shall advise our clients to issue proceedings in this matter for the above sum together with additional costs incurred as a result of additional testing carried out by our clients, in instructing another company to design and construct the site and financial loss and inconvenience. We shall proceed to recover the costs of and incidental to proceeding to litigation directly from you.
We look forward to receiving your confirmation to the above as soon as possible.

Awful company to work with. It took 14 months to go live and was full of errors and littered with mistakes and functionality issues which were not picked up by their quality team. The time taking to fully resolve any issue indicates that Neoteric do not understand what the issues are and instead kept patching up the problems rather than resolving the core issue. The website is very fragile and breaks down at every opportunity, we do not trust the website to effectively run our business, remain error or operate to a good standard.

Even before it went live for the entire process the website was littered with errors and Neoterics support is shocking, they never come back to you and are rude to say the least. We are taking them to court now to get our money back as these guys are cowboys!

Do not touch Neoteric!

Excellent work done by Neoteric Team. We reached Neoteric through search results. We were interested on creating a new site.. Sales team listened to my thoughts and understood the needs very well.. Over all we had an excellent experience working with Neoteric. All and all a professional company to work with. We will recommend Neoteric to everyone who are looking for professional web designs
