Popped into Neptune Chesham on recommendation this weekend and what a treat! Gorgeous store, perfect ambiance and the staff were so friendly despite being very busy. Jo especially went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We were impressed all round! Next time we are down we will definitely be making a return visit.

Just popped in on my first visit to the designer weekend and received great service from the store leader Tracey and designer Chloe. The store is so beautiful with a relaxed ambience and the staff are lovely, I could have stayed for hours! I will be back to book a kitchen appointment very soon.

Communication is poor. QR code on the receipt doesn’t link to the website so have to take a screenshot to find out information.
Ordered a small table on 2/1/23, still no update despite saying delivery to store would be between 13th- 20th (now 22nd). Called store 3 times, no one picks up.
Whilst the products look lovely, in a competitive market the distribution and delivery of products is poor compared to rivals. They need to up their game!

Disorganised. They can never find my order! In one case they had actually put it on the shop floor and sold it.

The very caring people working at the Chesham store made our first experience of buying a new kitchen as easy as possible. Our kitchen designer Chloe was full of innovative suggestions to ensure that we were able to have the kitchen we have always wanted. The units were beautifully packed on arrival and expertly fitted into our tiny kitchen space by Anthony who despite challenges caused by the lack of space was constantly providing solutions to any issues that arose. Thank you to the whole Chesham team for your wonderful customer service!

So impressed with this lovely store. We bought a kitchen and it is so well made and the design service was top drawer. Jodie left no stone unturned and was not at all pushy but considered what was in our best interests. The after sales care was spot on too, something sadly lacking in so many businesses and yet so important. So good to have old fashioned customer service.

Visited Neptune for the first time as my wife and I had been advised to visit by friends. Very impressed by the store, design and products. We were greeted by Emily who was very helpful and polite, making a good impression. Although we bought a couple of smaller items, we are planning renovations so will be back for furniture. Kitchens also look of very high quality. Please thank Emily for her time and patience with our many questions!

Its, always such a pleasure to visit Neptune in Chesham I have visited several of your branches but feel the service here is top dollar . The team could not be more helpful Tracy the manager runs a very professional team , Imogen along with Emily are always enthusiastic and incredibly helpful their knowledge of the products is brilliant and nothing is to much trouble . Your only ever as good as your team and the experience here starts as soon as you enter the shop . Big round of applause to you all another lovely enjoyable experience today .

Neptune has been a total let down this time. It was great once when we bought some chairs but I got a table this time and it has been awful. Bought table to be delivered to a store for collection (lots of delivery issues lately so didn’t want to risk it). Table was not delivered on the agreed date, not again on the second agreed date. Delivered finally after a delay. Collected it only to find a piece missing when I got home. Called immediately to highlight the issue. Piece is nowhere to be found. This was my husband’s Christmas present, which up to date hasn’t materialised.
Emailed customer service, they are looking for the piece and next table is coming end of January/February.
For the price I paid, I expected this to be flawless. This was MY present to my husband.

Incredible wreath making evening hosted by the Chesham store. Staff amazingly attentive and so friendly particularly Missy and Izzy and Mary who ran the wreath making was incredible. I’ve done so many high end wreath making courses and this was the best I’ve ever done. I learned so much and materials were beautiful with so much to choose from. It was so festive and welcoming in the Chesham store and I can’t wait to book again next year x

I bought a console table and when it was delivered, there was a mark on the side. The delivery guys took pictures and said they would submit it and also asked me to call. I called the next day to be told that a replacement had already been ordered and would be delivered to me the following week, when they would collect the other one. The furniture I have bought from Neptune is of very high quality. I have found their staff in the shop, on the phone and the delivery people all to be extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend Neptune.

I went wreath making on Monday evening. Mary took the session. It was very informative and lots of fun plus I came home with a beautiful wreath.

The biswell stool arrived colour was not as described! And I didn't realize they was a whole in the top, so wasn't for me ! But after paying £50 for delivery ( so expensive) you had no record of my delivery, so I rang the local branch and they said they would get back to me but didn't!!!! So I physically had to return this heavy item myself!!! No apologies, not what I would expect from you!!

Our experience of Neptune's "bespoke" service has been a complete disaster. Parts missing, incorrect parts delivered, errors in assembly, failure to deliver to the agreed design brief, components delivered in mismatching shades of paint now requiring a complete on site hand repaint. What should have taken a single delivery and single assembly visit has (so far) taken four deliveries of components, three visits by the assembly team, one visit by painter cancelled, one visit by painter a "no show" and we currently await a resheduled visit by the painter to complete the job. No, this wasn't a complete kitchen fit but a single, fairly modest, free standing, open fronted bookcase. They have charged top dollar for a rubbish service (unfortunately I paid up front) and the quality of materials is not high. On the positive side, everyone at Neptune we have had contact with has without exception been helpful, charming and polite. Would I ever buy from Neptune again - No. Could I ever recommend anyone to buy from Neptune - No ......but go ahead, you could have more luck than we have had.

As we are away for most of December we are trying to get Christmas organised, so we were particularly grateful that the perfect tree was available and able to be delivered in October. Staff as ever could not be more helpful and the tree itself looks fantastic.

It has been a pleasure and a joy dealing with Chloe and the team from start to finish of the design and build process of our beautifully designed and crafted kitchen. Chloe and James the installation manager together could not have been more helpful, always clearly communicating every detail ensuring it was stress free and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend the whole experienced, helpful and delightful team at Chesham Neptune.
