We happened to pop into Neptune on…
We happened to pop into Neptune on Chiswick High Street by chance and are so glad we did. We ended up purchasing three beautiful bar stools, the quality of the furniture is outstanding, with proper solid wood and a lovely finish throughout the shop.
The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly understanding, even with our two lively boys in tow, which made the whole experience very relaxed and enjoyable.
A truly lovely shop with beautiful pieces, I would happily recommend Neptune to anyone looking for well-made, timeless furniture.

Delivery of furniture
Andre and Liam were very polite and respectful of our home when they delivered our furniture. They put the pieces where we wanted them and Liam noticed there was a chip out of a shelf, he took a photograph and reassured us that he would report this and get a new one out to us. We're really pleased with how efficient they were and how lovely it all looks.

Natise was absolutely lovely and helped us buy exactly the right sofa, footstool and accessories. We’d had a very frustrating experience earlier in the day at Neptune Guildford (no sofa to try, aloof and unhelpful staff) but the staff at Neptune Tonbridge were knowledgable and helpful. Very average customer service
I find the customer experience at Neptune Knutsford very strange for such an upmarket store. And I’m not alone in thinking it . I’d say generally it’s pretty unwelcoming. It’s rare for anyone to say hello or goodbye for that matter . Once I got reprimanded for taking some faux flowers out of a vase so I could play around with the arrangement , I actually ended up buying it but felt quite puzzled by it all. Last week I changed an item and got a nice friendly assistant and it was great then I had a browse and as I left I looked over today goodbye but as usual, even though they didn’t look busy, I was ignored. You wouldn’t get that in Oka or Susie Watson . Otherwise I love the store and buy lots of things all of which I’m very happy with .
Follow up .. I went in again last week with my daughter , four assistants were at the desk , all chatting, not one of them looked over to help . I was looking at candles which are right next to the desk , they continued chatting ., . all four of them. I looked towards the desk for a good 30 seconds and miraculously one of them noticed me and served me whilst the whole time the other three carried on their conversation. Am I invisible ? Love my candles though!

Neptune (York)
Neptune (York) is my favourite store because the staff are always welcoming and helpful. I just love everything that Neptune produces so it takes me a while to make decisions, but their patience never tires!! The room settings are inspirational and the furniture is of excellent quality.
