Fast, knowledgeable, and gracious customer service
The team at Nerdused made it so easy to straighten out issues I had with an MS Office purchase. First, they graciously exchanged my Office 2024 purchase for a 2021 version (with Publisher). Then, when I had problems with Microsoft and the activation, I contacted Nerdused again. bought a Microsoft Office 365 license lifetime last year. Microsoft have deactivated it yesterday and got a bizarre email from nerdused saying that the ownership had changed and they were not liable for this Fraudulent misrepresentation.

The immediate responses to my specific issues was most helpful, especially when the confusion between volume and non-volume licenses became an issue.
