My toothbrush broke unfortunately and I reached out by email and contact formular and they have yet to respond. No one has even acknowledged receipt of my email. Bad customer service renders the product bad.
This seller has collected funds through crowdfunding platforms and had never delivered to many customers who funded the project with pledges against receiving their products. They never respond to the messages and completely ignore any requests.
I ordered early on kickstarter, but never received the order. I sent them several messages on Kickstarter and via Email, no reply.
Just check their kickstarter page comment section, there are so many people complaining about the same issue!
They are blatantly ripping off people and stealing money. Do not trust their company or any other companies affiliated with those people ever!

What I love most about my toothbrush is the convenience of the self-dispensing toothpaste feature. It is so useful to be able to load my toothpaste inside of my toothbrush when traveling. The UV cleaning feature is also pretty neat. I highly recommend!
Bought two one pink one blue spent $260 waited 7 months, the bristles are just flappy soft rubber it’s completely useless-

Have sent four different emails to Nest and never received a response. Only received part of my order. Will be requesting a chargeback if I don't receive a response or the balance of the order. Update: The balance of the order came today. Never did get a response to any of my emails. The magnetic pod stand only works if it is used to stand the unit upright. Does not work if I want to stick it to a mirror or wall; as, nothing in the middle of the unit is magnetic. Only magnetic part is on the bottom of the unit. Seems to have very weak sonic vibrations compared to other brands I have used. Have doubts about the longevity of the product. Will see what happens.
Well, as predicted, I have had this about a month and it is already broken. A piece of plastic broke off where the top section screws into the section that holds the toothpaste. Now, in order for it to work, I have to use duct tape to hold the two sections together. Class act. Wasted big money on this toothbrush to get to use it a couple of weeks. Not to mention the extra brush heads and magnetic holder I bought that are now worthless. I hope my wife's unit doesn't do the same thing. Buyer beware!

Hope this helps clear any confusion. Update: There's a QR tag on the back of the MagPad box with instructions on how to use on counters and walls, there are 2 magnets in every brush. Our brushes have 15,000 RPM (same as Quip) to give a gentle vibration, not a sonic clean.

Brought the product on kickstarter long time ago emailed them about how I didn’t get the product which I spended hundreds on and they never replied
I am very pleased with my Nest toothbrush and complete oral health care system. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in the best oral care.

We investigated, our tracking indicates the order was delivered by USPS.
I bought in September. They didn't sent me any product. They are CHEAT. IT IS NOT TRUST. My order number #231090.
Love the product, however for the electric version I think the way you put toothpaste in is a bit trippy, and the volume of toothpaste container is also reduced (I think) to make way for the electronic parts so you might be better off with the normal version
