I've been trying to get this company to do something about their illegal scam spam operations operating on their servers. All complaints just go in to a blackhole with no responses and no actions.

Their website netinternet.tr is the same as ni.net.tr, which is what they use for their emails. I have been bombarded with spams from their servers and they don't care at all that their server IPs are all ending up on blacklists. I have emailed them directly, sent complaints thru SpamCop, and even attempted to get responses thru Facebook. ALL complaints were ignored my posts on facebook showing a long list of their blacklisted servers was just deleted by them... rather then them doing anything about the cyber-crimes occurring on the servers they own.

These are malware sites, phishing sites, forged header emails, fake package alerts and fake invoice spams, and worse, but they don't care how damaged their reputation becomes because they are being paid by these spam gangs to keep the servers up.

The spams are coming from their servers, the phishing websites are hosted on corelux.com.tr. Both of these are getting blacklisted more and more every day, so before you think about using this company for hosting please be aware that your emails will end up in people's spam folders because their IPs are on so many blacklists for all the illegal spamming and phishing operations on their servers.

They don't even know what they're doing. My SSL certificate has two days left before it expires, and they cancel it. A reminder email should have been sent for renewal, but no such email was sent. They insist they sent it. When I create a support ticket, they act like it's my fault and try to blame me. In the end, I have to explain their own mistake to them, and they just say, "We've fixed it" and move on. Choose companies that provide better service.
