These patches are not weatherproof. In spite of their suggestion that hey are - by displaying them on outer clothing subject to rain - they aren’t weather/waterproof. If you plan on hanging the thing on a wall, buy it. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

I’ve never had better customer service, first of all. Second, my patches are not only high quality, but they’re EXACTLY as how I imagined/sent the artwork to them! Plus no minimum, free proofs and revisions, and insanely fast shipping? It only took 3 days to arrive to my doorstep, from China to California! Will definitely use this company in the future if I need more patches!

Patches arrived much faster than anticipated and look great. Posted a picture of the stack of patches and your website/logo with them for other Veterans to access. Thanks again.

Will never deal with this company again !! A simple order that was sent months late , and then arrives only to find out they stuffed the order up and completely the wrong type. Tried to resolve the issue with netpro, only to be told i would have to pay again for the original order and they would send them again lol ! Not bloody likely... dont waste your time or effort or money..go elsewhere ! These guys are ripoff merchants of the highest order.
If i could have given them minus 5 i would have !!!

Great customer service at an amazing price! A few embroidery errors as the details on the patch got extremely small. Would do business again. This will be my go to embroidery patch company. Thanks Celene and Rachel!

My experience with Netpro Patches has been exceptional. They did an excellent job improving my artwork (which was quite complicated) and kept me informed every step of the way. They also were very efficient in completing the requested item very quickly. We are SO happy with the result!

I am so in love with the patch I had made. It was the strong I love lucy patch! I sent in a picture of what i wanted an got what i wanted an more. It's perfect plus iv had so many compliments on it..

I love this company! The quality of the patches is fantastic and the people I communicate with are very friendly. The free sample they offer is great because I can request changes. I like the fact there there is no minimum order as well. They are also very fast considering that they are based overseas from me.

Very good and thorough sampling process. They gave me everything I wanted despite the many adjustments I had. Completion of the order took slightly longer than I had wished for, however it was worth the wait!

Communication was quick and efficient. Also the rates are very affordable and do smaller batches which is great for me. For improvement, a little more communication around the shipping process would be good. They just sent me a PayPal invoice to pay and confirmed the order via email but didn't give me details about how long it would take. That being said, the package arrived promptly, as ordered, and they look great! Great value. Another improvement might be a more efficient system for choosing custom colors rather than scrolling through a giant page of colors and noting then down without being able to see them together, though I think the original colors they chose would have been fine!! The digital sample initially looked desaturated, so I chose some more saturated colors and now the patches are very bright and vivid!! So I think the digital sample can tend to look a little desaturated from the actual product. Overall, very pleased
