I ordered a Panacast stand from them in…

I ordered a Panacast stand from them in August. When the order was delayed, I followed up and was told they were experiencing issues at their warehouse. Despite several follow-ups, the item never arrived. I then requested a refund, which they initially agreed to, but we have since received neither the refund, item nor any response to our emails. DO NOT BUY from them

Ordered a docking station 4 weeks ago…

Ordered a docking station 4 weeks ago that was 'in stock' and ready to ship. Had several msgs about warehouse problems and tracking numbers being sent and delivery 'next' week', NOTHING. From checking the reviews, I see I have been receiving exactly the same bs that everyone else has, even identical email excuses to others. €300 of nothing. IT IS A SCAM!!!

Legal action against the company for fraud

Dear Network Hardwares Team,
This is to formally notify you that I placed an order worth $4,000 USD over 15 days ago and have not received the product, tracking details, or any response to multiple attempts via email, phone, live chat, and WhatsApp.
It is now evident that your company may be engaging in fraudulent activity by accepting payments and failing to deliver goods. I have documented all communications, payment receipts, and screenshots showing that your team has viewed my messages but chosen to ignore them.
If I do not receive a full refund or valid shipment update within 48 hours, I will proceed with:
Filing a formal fraud report with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Cybercrime Division.
Reporting your company to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and local consumer protection authorities.
Initiating a dispute and chargeback with my bank/payment provider for online purchase fraud.
Sharing verified evidence of your fraudulent practices across public consumer forums and social media.
This is your final opportunity to resolve the matter amicably.
Failure to respond will lead to immediate legal escalation.

Absolute scam of a company

Absolute scam of a company. Robbed me of just under £400, the products never arrived, their customer helpline does not exist when you call.
When messaged via website eventually one person called Bella Tonbul reverted back stating a refund will be processed in 10 days, several months later I have received nothing. My emails get left unanswered. I had 1 reply back from Bella mentioning the ‘relevant team’ will process this soon followed by further emails ignored to requests for my refund. Stay away, do not purchase anything from them.

Not Satisfied

So far we have had subpar experience with the company. We ordered a CX-50 Gen2 with the guarantee that it would be here within a few business days according to their website. The order was placed on October 16th. Currently that status of the order is still in "Pending Shipment." I left a voicemail and reached out via email and received a response from Bella stating she would look into the shipment and keep track of it. I responded back and did not receive a response back. This is a time-sensitive matter and just, because this isn't directly your client, doesn't make it any less of a matter. We are the client to you and currently are not satisfied with the outcome after spending over 3k. What can your company do to make this right and get the product here in time so all parties are satisfied? We would appreciate a resolution for this matter.

I ordered a computer and paid for it…

I ordered a computer and paid for it but it never arrived. I emailed them 4 times and sent 4 messages on the website. No computer and no answer to my many complaints . Obviously a scam !! I am down over $2000. Beware !!!

Where is my refund?

Ordered imaging unit, delivery delayed, to be shipped within 14 business days, so cancelled the order, proving very difficult to get a refund, quick to take money but not so quick to refund, now nearly a month, so raised via credit card company to resolve. Would never buy from this company again

Order Never Shipped, NO Communication

I placed an order on 10/04/2025. It is now 10/24/2025 and the monitor stand has still not shipped. Multiple requests for status have gone unanswered. If someone at Network Hardwares would have the courtesy to contact me I would just cancel the order as it is obvious they don't care.
