Alice helped track down my dress which had gone to the wrong part of the country , got it fast tracked overnight , it arrived , and was perfect. She had even sourced the last petite version if i needed it, which i didnt. Fabulous service. Beautiful dress

Had an extremely disappointing experience with NFD. Bought a dress for my 30th birthday back in June to be delivered to Spain. Last recorded update by the courier was that it was in France on 23rd June. Contacted the customer service team 2nd July for an update and 10 working days later the issue is still not resolved and the customer service team are now actively ignoring me - we’re advised the response time is 24 hours and yet it’s been 4 days now without a response. It’s a shame that the item wasn’t received for the special event (assuming this is due to the courier) but more disappointingly, how the customer service team have handled the issue. It’s an expensive item (€155) to go missing, as the customer who hasn’t received the goods I’ve waited 3 weeks from when this was first raised with the team, without any resolution or mention of a refund yet and it’s now 16th July - a whole month after the order. Have previously shopped at NFD and been perfectly happy with the experience but this has completely put me off any future purchases.

For allready 2 weeks Im trying to send some items back. The UPS label I got from NFD is a wrong label the UPS office said. I tried to call (7 times) I send 4 mails, I tried to get an answer on the chat. PLEASE give me an address so I can send it back. I will even pay the shipping costs. I just want to send something back

Trouser material heavy and leg width much wider than described so returned, have bought lots other clothing and excellent hence didnt score lower

This company tells you the deliver. But the dont deliver. After many mails. My wife didn't receive anything.
They send you to the delivery company. It is terrible, dont buy here. You will lost your money.

clothes are poor quality and made in china (when you're lucky) but cost a fortune. definitely not recommended

The clothes are lovely but you really need to look at your returns process. I’ve paid for the years delivery but returning items is not good if you don’t like them or they don’t turn out to be what’s advertised. I recently ordered the long black dress, it wasn’t nice or how it looked in line so I exchanged or another dress which again was not how it looked on line. I wanted to exchange for a third dress to see if I liked that but I have to return and pay for the delivery of that back. I would like to say I’ve spent about £700 to £800 in two orders and only exchanged that one dress because i didn’t like it. Really poor if I’m honest and puts me off buying

CUSTOMER SERVICES - WhatsApp. I have contacted Customer Services numerous times on WhatsApp, the latest being 11th July 2026 and I have always received prompt replies, more importantly; lovely, friendly, helpful, knowledgable and go that extra mile replies. First time buyer as a 5’10, sz 12 so was slightly sceptical the styles would suit me.. couldn’t have been more wrong. Fit, print and quality were all fab! I would defo recommend

It’s a fun place to shop. Delivery is quick, packaging great, product fantastic. I do think you should offer free returns though.

Easy to order and easy to return

Customer Service via WhatsApp and telephone is excellent, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The staff at the Debden, Essex shop are amazing so helpful with giving you size guiding before purchasing on line and have helped me style some of my new pieces I have purchased with items I already have. Can't thank the staff enough for a fantastic job they do. Amazing quality clothes, fantastic designs and prints I'm a NFD convert.

The dress is lovely and I am keeping it but there’s a but…there’s no zip and no give in the fabric as it’s chiffon. If you can wriggle into it, you’ll be pleased. I bought and will keep it for a wedding. I am channeling the models whole vibe with the bag and scarf; it’s a really nice outfit. But I know I will need my husband or daughter to help pull me get of it.

Ordered a dress for 2-4 days delivery. Order took 6 days from point of purchase, needed to then return dress and I had to pay. After paying for delivery that didn’t meet its promises then having to pay to return - DISGRACE! Also have not been refunded yet and it’s been the7 days

Another very reasonably priced dress - this time bought for a wedding, last time for a graduation - extremely comfortable and washes well!
An even better if is about delivery -
mine although I live in greater London always takes longer than stated to get delivered which can be a tiny bit frustrating but it’s worth it

I love my recent purchases and when I have had to exchange due to size - I’ve found a few issues with size options not being available on the exchange, however the actual size is available direct on the app so when I reordered via app and requested a refund the staff couldn’t have been more helpful via WhatsApp refunding postage.
