Although I am with them since 2018, and nothing has changes since only one person is in the household, I suddenly in 2024 been asked by them to pay monthly 175 Euros instead of around 70 Euros which is my usual payment, they claimed that I used gas in 4 months worth 900 euros which doesn't make sense. I started to pay as a hope that I should get money back by the end of the year, to my surprise, I got a payment request of more than 400 euros! Not only that but they decided to increase the monthly payment to 187 euros which is TOO much for someone who is living alone. The story did not end here though, I agreed with them to pay this extra charge of 400 Euros in instalments, which they agree about and charged me 15 Euros fees, I started to pay the 187 + 89 Euros for December 2024 and to my surprise they sent me a payment reminder and once I contacted them, they said that they cancelled the payment instalment agreement because they received the payment late (well it's a new year and some weekends that made the payment go late 2 or 3 days) so No I had to deal again with them, and we agreed about a new instalment and again with scamming fees, so I have to pay all of this each month which is already TOO much for one-person household, the shitty thing is, although their service is too bad, but you can't just leave them and go with other supplier, they slave you and you just have to pay. NOT ANY MORE, please be careful as they have the worst customer service too. (In English so the world read as well )

Contract cancelled, they pretend it isn´t.
NEW changed the rates in my contract so I ended it at the end of July this year. I even received the notification about it ending on 01.08.2022. but they still send me bills. Stay away from this company. They´re bad NEWs.

This is my second review for this…
This is my second review for this company as this time i paid the monthly installment.they didnt remove the negative from my account next i send them a massage about double check why stil not clear negative balance...but no reply for 2 days and when called they said that we need to write in deutsch only...i dont understand why none of them understand english...better they put on website that the service is only available for deutch speaking people...very unfriendly staff and last thing you have to pay always extra money end of year without any explanation..hope if they see this and improve the customer service in future..
