Not a scam, but a drop shipping company

I ordered the "vintage shirt" 10-20 days ago but unfortunately the courier in Sweden lost my package so I contacted New Wave and said my package was not delivered and they immediately sent a new package that arrived today. No problems with the customer service, they were very friendly and swift.

So no, as some reviewers write, this is not a scam BUT do note that it is a Drop Shipping company, meaning they do not produce or design any of the clothes themselves but ship them directly from AliExpress and the likes from China. That is fine and not a scam, I didn't realize this until I had already ordered so that is on me but I honestly wouldn't have ordered if I knew that.

The shirt itself is surprisingly good quality, thick material and nice colors. As New Wave notes on the website the sizes are small, but that's selling it short - they are T I N Y. I am a tall guy, medium built and usually can sport a Large but ordered XL and the XL was closer to a S/M.

TL;DR New Wave drop ships clothes from China/AliExpress and if you like the designs and order do take at least 2 sizes above your normal (at least for the shirt).

Shirts are too small, shipping takes long, no free returns

The shirts were much smaller than expected. I ordered 2XL because they said to order one size taller. They are more like M or S. The shipping took weeks. You have to pay the return shipping to the Netherlands yourself – which is the worst part, as it’s not my fault that the shirts are that much smaller than expected.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, they have now stopped replying. No goods received at all. Told me they think it’s been delivered. Must be a scam.

long delivery but great costumer support & quality

long delivery, but costumer service was very good. Something was not fitting. And they did a lot to make me happy, even if it was my fault.
Always buy the sizes 1-2 sizes larger. Have fun with the clothe.
The quality is great by the way!

Ordered something that never arrived

Ordered something that never arrived. Had to wait 60 days until I could ask for refund and thankfully they did refund.
Would not recommend as probably a scam but at least they gave me my money back.
Also pretty sure all the good reviews on here are fake

Don’t order from them.

Sigh! I only saw these reviews after I’d ordered. I hoped for the best but they have proven to be true comments. I’ve asked time and time again what’s happening with the my order and just gave me tracking number that says post office is waiting for it for over a week now and when you ask what’s happening they just say check your tracking. I paid the extra to get it shipped fast too. I’d defo say there’s something not right about this company. I won’t hold my breath on getting my money back but I’m going try.

Be careful!!!!

New wave is sick!

I placed my order 3 of May 2020 and has…

I placed my order 3 of May 2020 and has not been delivered yet. I have contacted them repeatedly and they tell me that due to the covid19 there is a delay but this is ridiculous. 2 MONTHS? A similar store that happened the same, refunded me the full price of product and they sent me my products for free just to apologize, not 10% like this store offered me . I bought a T-shirt to wear it in the summer, not in the winter!

terrible customer service

Made my order about 7 weeks ago and was sent a tracking number but no courier. the email said i could track it with my "local courier", I tried all the ones i could think of but it didnt work. I emailed them to ask if they'd sent me the right number and they didnt read my email but they sent me a generic message about how the tracking isnt updated everyday.
I emailed again and again but have had no genuine response. still havent received my order and have no idea where it is.

Not as bad as people are saying!!

I ordered a hoodie for my birthday and on the website it said it would take 9-20 days to arrive plus a few extra due to corona virus. It came within 18 days however the quality of the clothing is amazing, it feelS thick, sturdy and good quality. Personally I don’t see a problem in the long shipping, it clearly says on the website it will take this long and it’s up to the consumer to find out that information and decide if they still want to purchase the item. I would recommend using this site if you like there pieces.
