Do not use this site, I ordered from them never received it and they insist Hermes !! HAVE DELIVERED IT AND PUT IT THROUGHT THE LETTER BOX ! What I have ordered is bread bin size and would not fit through a letter box, I have even sent a photo of my letter box to prove it, instead they keep sending me a tracking code that doesn't work and telling me to contact my post office even thought they claim hermes delivered it. SCAM SCAM SCAM
I ordered 2 ladders and got 2 low grade tow ropes after 2 months of waiting. Now I am in negotiations with customer service. They are trying to get me to settle for a $5 refund on a $53 purchase. At this point I don't even trust the refund. All I want is what I ordered but I'm fairly certain that they never even had it to begin with. This is the last time I trust a Facebook ad. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Do not order from this site...as others have mentioned, I ordered a roof ladder and received a very low grade tow strap. The tracker number they gave me doesn't come up as a valid USPS number. Now customer service will not respond.
