Delay - item damaged - replacement pending

I have placed my order of various items on 23/8/2010. According to the site the items should have been available in 35 working days, counting from the 1st of September (when manufacturers open). 45 working days later I was informed that there would be a delay in some of the items. After an extra week without any feedback I was told that the missing items would be available late December. I decided to move on with the remaining items, which I finally received on 24/11/2010 (3 months after placing the order). One of the items (a set of drawers) was significantly damaged, due to insufficient packaging in my opinion. I was told I would get a replacement but nothing is confirmed and nobody answers my e-mails. We are currently on the second week of December and I still wonder if I will ever get what I paid for.

They have promptly contacted the supplier in order to receive as soon as it is possible the spare parts to ship to you and provide assistance.
As already mentioned, the delay depends by the supplier only and we cannot do but wait.
Being sure that you can understand that the damage was not due to our negligence but to shipment organisation, we would like to ensure that your situation was not forgot by our department.
They are doing all the possible things to make your spare parts arrive within the next days.

Great service

My delivery came in a very short time (although I'm not from Italy), everything was complete and undamaged. Very uncoplicated ordening and paying. I recommend Newbabyland to everyone. I'm definitely staying their customer.

I used this site a couple of times and I've been really satisfied.
They're fast and really professional, great choice of products with competitive price.
My personal opinion, there's no better place to buy kids stuff in Italy.

Terrible

I have been waiting for 6 weeks for delivery of a cot. Communication from the company is poor and while I believe the problem lies with the chosen courier I have received no assistance from newbabyland. Terrible service I will not be using or recommending this shop.

We tried to talk to you by phone and, finally, at the second attempt, we found one gentleman who answered and talked to us.
We also answered your emails in the last days, but some of your answers constantly were put on 'junk' by the system because you contacted us to all our webmail.
In the meantime, we had been checking your delivery status in order to better understand what the situation was and we found out as follows:
The goods were sent the same day in which you placed your order, you can check by simply clicking on the following link:

but unfortunately the partner delivery reported on its website incorrect information about the delivery, like for example "Delivered on the 22nd of July" after leaving a card saying that, according to what the company indicates, an attempt of delivery was done on the 13th of July, but unsuccessfully because nobody was at home, at the address indicated.

We always check our shipments in order to prevent bad situations like yours, but in your case the delivery was OK (as the delivery company constantly refers on its website) we really couldn't imagine that there was a problem with the delivery of your goods.
After your signal about the undelivered goods, we promptly answered the emails we were able to read and we wrote that we would have been at your disposal and we would have contacted our partner delivery company to inform them that your situation had to be solved; as already said, the constant email sending to all our wemail accounts let our anti-SPAM system detect most of them as SPAM, so we weren't able to find them out immediately.

As already mentioned by email, we are ready to promptly solve this bad situation and propose you to accept our apologies and, with the help of our internet department, we will propose you the best solution for you.
We are really sorry for what occurred, and because of the bad way the delivery company worked, we will be more careful in order to avoid such a situation will occur again.
