I was very disappointed with the dresses I purchased from the Newvers site. The photos of the dresses were beautiful, but the items I received barely resembled what was advertised. Even the styles were different from what was shown online. The dresses didn't have any labels, care instructions, or fabric information, making it difficult to determine the material. However, it definitely wasn't linen as advertised, but rather what appears to be cheap synthetic fabric. The cut and construction were extremely poor quality. I sent three emails requesting a return address but received no response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Total ripoff, Pictures do now match what the models are wearing. Scam, Scam, Scam. My wife was so excited when she ordered about 30 items. They advertise customer satisfaction, but will not refund money. This should be investigated. I will be persuing legal action until I get my full refund

I ordered two linen/cotton tops from this website and what I got was absolute garbage! No cotton or linen , but cheap polyester!

This company is a scam. They displayed a beautiful picture of a Celtic knot woven sweater dress. What i got was a long sweat shirt made from cheap bedspread material with a blurry knot design printed on the front and back. I feel bad for the designer who’s picture this company stole. And good luck returning the item which was not even remotely as described in the ad.

Website very unresponsive and confusing. Seems to be manipulate. Photos do not show back of clothing or side profile.

I purchased a skirt from Newevers with a description of "Embroidered linen". When the skirt arrived it wasn't embroidered and it wasn't made of linen. It's a cheap, some weed hat shiny polyester.
When I contacted them for a refund, they said the item had to be returned to China before they would refund. The cost to ship it back to China world be as much as I paid for it.
That offered a 30% discount on my next purchase, but after the deceptive description of the item, I wouldn't order from them again.

I placed my order on March 30th. Two days later, I contacted the company to ask where the items were being shipped from and how long delivery to the UK would take. Today marks the 8th day, and I have yet to receive a response.
Immediately after placing my order, I received a quick confirmation email with the reply, “Sit tight.” However, after sending more emails inquiring about their business operations and legitimacy, I started digging deeper. My search led me to Trustpilot reviews, and that’s when everything clicked—many customers had reported similar experiences.
The company does not respond to customer inquiries. I requested a full refund and asked them not to process my order, but received no reply. I then opened a case with my bank, yet still no response.
Despite having a registered address in the UK, they provide no contact phone number. Given the numerous negative reviews accusing them of being a scam, a government body needs to investigate this business and take legal action. After much hassle they replied that should i wish to cancel on an order that has not yet been created and shipped, they should apply a fee of 15% the money paid, in their website they DO NOT state this fee so the whole thing is completely arbitrary. Looking up the company up they are all Chinese running a chinese company so forget about 'Latfia'....total joke on them ..Today day 15 since i placed my order no reply / no shipping no order no info .....I have now contacted a government body to investigate their whereabouts.

If I could give this company a minus zero score I would. The clothing is the absolute worst I have ever seen. Even though I used the sizing chart and measured myself the sizing was WAY off everything was ENORMOUS. Not only that but the quality is so bad!! The material is a cheap rayon even though the description says cotton, the printed pattern is crooked and the seems are fraying! I was so disgusted I took it all and threw it in the garbage. The jewelry I bought looked like it came from a dollar store. Worst purchase ever!

Great products, easy to navigate around there web site making it easy to pick out items. Customer support is so wonderful and helpful.

I ordered what were described as sweaters. The photos were most definitely pics of sweaters. You could see actual yarn texture and overlapping seams in the photos (so most definitely a photo of a sweater.). What arrived were sweatshirts with sweater pattern screen printed on it.

This item is not as described, it is awful. It is not a knitted item as per description. The fabric is a horrible feeling polyester type fabric, with a badly printed image. The cut is dreadful, not like the fake photographs on your website & does not hang well at all. This is so entirely unfit for purpose.
Not only that but the company claims to be in Latvia, but they're shipping cheap rubbish from China.

I would give negative 10 if I could. Just like other reviews it feels like a scam. Terrible products.

I was extremely disappointed. The 2 sweaters are not knitted as described. Just a pattern printed on a thin polyester fabric. A total scam.
Trying to get a refund is basically impossible. I finally got an address out of them, in China. I'm not paying a fortune to return them and not get a refund anyway.

The customer service is excellent the products are amazing.

Do not order from this company, it is a complete scam. the product is not knit sweaters. It's a print of knitted pattern put on a cheap Polyester sweatshirt. This product is gross and a complete waste of money.

I ordered three sweaters and what I got was a sweater texture printed on a flat scratchy fabric, that's cut like a zip up hoodie. There isn't even a tag to tell me what kind of fabric is it.
I ordered comfy sweaters and I wanted comfy sweaters, These are not as advertised and certainly not as pictured.
I will be seeking a full refund and not shopping with them again.

I need to cancel a purchase if I ordered it

I am a newbie to Newevers. I was scrolling and suddenly i saw a sweater and fell in love. Purchased it it right then and it was easy as pie. Done in 5 minutes. I’m hoping the sweater will make me just as happy when it arrives.

the clothes are not as described, I was buying linen/cotton the blouses are polyester and do not breathe- junk, made me realize no more shopping for clothing online anymore! I will be returning as I will never wear - very disappointing
