Thank you, New Laptop. I placed a wrong order and after contacting customer service the order was cancelled and the refund issued immediately.

The only downside was the excessive delivery time. They should provide information about possible delays. The batteries are well-built and seem to be of good quality. I've used them and they hold a charge well. Of course, the notebook is a big power hog and I understand that it's impossible to get more than an hour of battery life if it's running at full power. But it was the same with the original batteries.

I was kept informed from the day I placed an order until delivered to my home address.
I was sent a tracking link to locate my item, item arrived as per their promise within 10days.
I replaced the battery, it did not work, I reported this to their service desk, who responded very quickly suggesting me to follow few steps.
I followed all steps, sadly, this battery will charge.
Again, I reported to this to their service desk, they instantly refunded in full, send me their apologies via email. They refunded in full without any quibble or asking me to try all steps again.
I would definitely recommend this supplier and will use them again in future.
No many suppliers will give you such a brilliant service.

I ordered a new battery for the German "Volkstablett" Trekstor Surftab Wintron 10.1 3G as the old one bulged up via newlaptopaccessory.com. The battery was offered as matching and compatible. It arrived very quickly, but when trying to put it into the tablet it turned out to be too large, although it was offered as compatible. I contacted the seller, who sent me a return label, which I used to return the battery, and after a second contact to request the refund this was processed as well.
All in all a good experience for me, although I would rather have had a fitting battery, and I had to contact the seller a second time after tracking information showed me the battery was returned correctly some time ago to start the refund process.

The time and the packaging was exceptional. No issues and the battery I brought is perfect. I would strongly recommend it to my friends and anyone who needs some accessories. I'll use it again if I need something more for my laptop.

I gave this company a 4 star review in August 2025 for a battery for a Huawei matebook 15 laptop. It`s now 8 months since I fitted it and it performs even worse than the one I removed and binned, so I cannot recommend their products. I now have to purchase another battery as I have no confidence in this company.
As a result of this review Trustpilot asked, on behalf of New Laptop Accessory, for more information to prove that I was a genuine customer( funny that they didn`t ask that when I originally gave a four star review). I provided the requested information but the company has failed to respond.
In response to the paragraph above the company has asked for the order number again but hasn`t provided a link to respond to so I can only answer here, so for the second time, the order number is 210016187. I`ll keep my fingers crossed for a prompt reply but I won`t hold my breath as responses from this company are painfully slow.

Customer service is exceptional. Unfortunately, I did have to use them as the battery I ordered only charges to 50% now, the initial percentage was oddly 105% of the capacity. Could just be a duff cell in the battery, causing these issues - not a fault of the company, a manufacturing one.

I received the right battery for an old model. I just sent a picture to the company as they asked me one. The price was very good and the shipping was fast enough. There were tools included. The battery works very well.
