This is my 2nd procedure with Dr Almaraz at NBP&DI This time I came in with extreme pain.
A fractured tooth was removed and I’m taking antibiotics for the infection. Grateful to Dr Almaraz’s positive energy, expertise and his caring and efficient staff for stopping my pain.
His office was rude and discourteous at the beginning. The dr was belittling toward me and seemed to have a prejudgment or prejudice. Then I remembered I had been to this office prior and the same people with both rude and unprofessional then.
I went to see Dr. Michael Almaraz for a periodontal consultation, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. He was rude and dismissive, and he seemed more interested in making money than in helping me. He recommended a very expensive treatment plan, but he didn't explain the options to me clearly or answer my questions. I left his office feeling confused and stressed. I would not recommend him to anyone!!
