We went to Newport Caravans looking for a tourer after selling our camper. They have bent over backwards to help us and get us set up in our first tourer. Ryan has gone above and beyond even when dealing with a very cautious buyer, he has the patience of a saint. I got nothing but good things to say about this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a nearly new caravan from Newport Caravans and were delighted. Ryan, Mark and Steve were so helpful and really made the whole experience very easy considering we live 125 miles away. I highly recommend them if you want to purchase a new caravan.

Highly recommend Newport caravans! As a family we went to visit them last weekend, the kids were kept entertained in their massive warehouse & toy corner whilst we could shop around. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
We walked away with a new caravan with the help of Ben in sales & Mark doing our handover, both of which were total gents, so helpful.

Bought yet another motorhome from Newport Caravans today.
My wife and I have been dealing with them ever since they opened. We have always had fabulous service from everyone involved. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

We’ve been customers of Newport Caravans since 2014. We’ve always had good service from them. Most recently the service/bodyshop department went out of their way to find a problem with our motorhome Victron (12V/24V) system and they did not give up until they found the problem and the solution. Special mention to Owen, Martin and the two Marks etc.

If I could rate Zero, I would.
Motorhome went in for some warranty work on the inside. I emptied just about everything to make their life easier, and made sure the interior was looking like new, as it always is.
However, the condition i received it back, was appalling. The Inside was beyond dirty. Marks on the seats, dust in places I didn't know possible. Curtains were filthy. Im not nieve, I knew it was going to be a messy (ish) job, but when you are dealing with someone else's pride and joy, I dont think a little respect is too much to ask for.
My wife was so upset upon seeing it, it took days for her to calm down.
I called Newport Caravans and was told someone would call me back ASAP. That was 10 days ago.
Its cost me over £300 now to.get it professionally cleaned.

Never again!!

I can’t speak highly enough of the incredible experience we’ve had with Newport Caravans Ltd, particularly their **Bodyshop Department**. From start to finish, the level of service, care, and genuine customer focus has been absolutely outstanding.

A special shoutout to Owen, Warren & Mark L – true professionals who clearly take pride in what they do. And I have to mention Mark M, their MD, whose hands-on approach and willingness to get involved personally is a rare and refreshing quality. It honestly felt like we had stepped back into a time when customers really mattered (remember those days?!).

We had an issue with our motorhome — something that had either come from the manufacturer or possibly the original dealer. We hadn’t even realised it was an actual problem, thinking it was simply how the vehicle was designed. But the team at Newport Caravans thought otherwise. They listened carefully, took the time to understand our concerns, and were determined to find the best outcome for us.

At one point, three of them were under the vehicle — including Mark M himself — because they weren’t happy with how it looked. They asked us to leave it with them a little longer so they could properly investigate and resolve it. Long story short – they fixed everything without a single bit of stress on our part.

Their work is first-class, pricing is very competitive, and the overall attitude across the board is simply exceptional. I truly feel like I’ve found my forever place for anything I need in the future — whether it’s upgrades, servicing, or warranty work. Huge thanks also to Stuart at the Service Desk, who was our first point of contact and set the tone for everything that followed.

Let’s not forget their Accessories Shop either – it’s well-stocked and far too tempting every time I visit!

If you’re looking for honesty, skill, and customer service that goes above and beyond, look no further. Newport Caravans is in a league of its own.

We purchased a pre-owned caravan from Newport Caravans, and couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, their team provided an excellent service, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

A special mention goes to Ryan and Mark, whose professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They were knowledgeable, answered all my questions with patience (even when I called them for advice when on holiday with the caravan), and went above and beyond to ensure the caravan was perfect. Their friendly approach and attention to detail made a huge difference, turning what can sometimes be a stressful purchase into great experience.

Ryan’s after sales was equally good, dealing with my questions and requests long after the purchase was made.

They are a reliable and customer-focused caravan dealership, and I would highly recommend —they really care about their customers and deliver outstanding service!

Took my van in to Newport today for some warranty work. Felt welcome when I arrived, all work carried out to my satisfaction, no fuss about doing the work.

We viewed and brought a new elddis 155. We spoke to the salesman he was very helpful, we pointed out a few things that we wanted sorting out on the motorhome i.e screw in front passenger tyre we was assured that when we picked up the motorhome that it would be PDI and everything would be done and clean . We was told we had to wait a month for the vehicle to be PDI , registered which we were happy with . I spoke with the salesman a few days before we picked it up asked if it was all clean and ready to go on Saturday, he assured me it was all clean and ready . We arrived 9:00 all excited ready to pick up our new motorhome that we've saved hard for, when we seen the motorhome it had not been cleaned it was really dirty, sealer all over it and the screw was still in the tire and it had also gained scratch on the front bumper .
All this was disappointing, but what we found the most disappointing and couldn't believe the attitude ! and told "if you don't like it you can have your money back"
all we wanted was a pre delivery inspections done and for the motorhome to be clean and no scratches.
Now having the motorhome back we have found there is no batteries in the fridge for the igniter . The screw was still in tyre , it did not receive a PDI so we are now having to take it to Peugeot main dealer to get it checked out to make sure its okay. We have waited a month for our motorhome we was very excited to me finally be picking it up but we had to wait around most of the day for them to clean the van and get it ready. As q good will gesture they gave us a free tank of fuel! This was all very big inconvenience for us and upsetting to be treated like this . It put a big downer on what was ment to be a very exciting day for us , inserted we are now left thinking is this motorhome OK.

Newport caravans Bodyshop I can only give 5 stars . Greeted by workshop manager and technician after having fault with Truma AC unit . Few days later had a call . All ok ready to go . Quick reliable service . Body shop recomended by David Thomas

Poor after sales service. Problem after problem. To top it off, took in for repair again. Full tank of fuel when left it, collected 8 days later with 60 miles left in it!!
Never using again

Me and my partner was in the market for a caravan for a while and decided we wanted a tourer. Our budget was about 5k.
We went to the other side of Cardiff to have a look at one for 5k to which we both did not like.

So I said let's go to Newport caravans to have a look. We were looking round and my partner was liking a caravan for 16k. I was hesitant as it was out of our budget.

But the previous owner was there taking his new caravan back which he part ex it in for. Which he said he was having problems with. But he was telling us how great and sorry he part ex it in for as he had nothing but problems with. He had his old caravan since new and had no real issues with. Trevor then told us he paid £600 for a cover that would not fit the new caravan. So he told us that Newport caravans had it in on the old one he part ex it in. So Ryan promised us it was in on the deal to which really sold it to us.
On the day we picked it up it was not in the van so Ryan told us to ring him and he will sort out no problem. Just give him a few days to get it as he will locate it for us.

I rang a few times and he was not available or not in. I did speak to Ryan twice and he was a different person to when I bought the van for 16k. I never got the cover and never did he return my calls. Totally gutted if I'm honest. Thanks Newport caravans

Changed my caravan today, always purchase from Newport caravans and always receive fantastic service, but for todays changeover, staff were outstanding, helping and supporting with the change over. Thanks again
