I forgot that I had my number plate for sale with New Reg. I received a call from them asking if I was still selling. After a little conversation and a little negotiation we agreed a price. I signed and sent the agreement to them, the following day the money was in my account.

A brilliant service - my 2nd flawless experience with New Reg.
This was actually my second purchase from New Reg, and the experience was excellent, exactly as before. From initial contact with New Reg about a potential number the communication was excellent and the details, plus next steps to be taken were very clear. I had reason to actually call New Reg, because of an administrative error on my part, and I cannot praise enough the customer service and response from Rachel over the 'phone regarding my error. The new registration plates were delivered promptly (to use as a Christmas gift), and once the actual transfer went ahead the feedback and confirmation from New Reg was very quick, clear and concise. An excellent company in my view, and a service that I would recommend. If I ever need to purchase a third private number I will definitely use New Reg.
