Rubbish service throughout! Just like everyone else on here I was offered a fantastic website in January for just £99. Wasn’t told about the additional costs, all they wanted to do was take more money. I’m now £1,000 pound in, it’s now April and I still don’t have a website.
Do not touch these people with a barge pole! Scammers, will take your money and run. I really wish I’d read these reviews prior to booking.

Scam company don’t use

Conned me out of 1000 nearly after hard sale and promise of a 99 pound website. After months and months I got someone else's website design and not even my logo.
I ended up losing the business.
Do not trust this company, owner or Chris who repeatedly ignored my calls.
How this company is still going without prosecution, blows my mind.
Disgusting company.

I was cold called and got sucked in by being told they wanted to build me a website for £120 so I would recommend them to friends. The website was poor at best as implementing things I didn’t want on it. I asked for my money back and was told no even though it was within the 14 cooling off period. They then contacted me again promising the world if I paid another £480 to get the site perfect and get me to the top of Google. 3 months later and I am no further on. I have asked the so called web developer to get customer service to call me but no reply by phone or email. Please don’t go near them. My case is now in the hands of Trading standards and NCA Fraud department.

Received a cold call aggressively pushing me to allow them to build me a website which they claim is free, wouldn't take no for an answer and demanded a reason as to why I wasn't interested despite repeatedly saying no.

It’s exactly what I wanted, and they didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions. Also, prices were fair. Would 100% use them again.

Loved working with these guys. They weren’t pushy, didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need

They gave me a great site for a fraction of the price, and everyone I spoke to was super down-to-earth. If you want a good site without the drama, hit them up.

or advise on my online presence, having read these reviews i was apprensive but a lady called nisha was very lovely and discussed my reservatuions and even over saw my whole website developlment. She also now keeps it updated

DO NOT USE THESE CON ARTIST I HAVE ALSO BEEN CONED OF OVER £1000. THEY JUST KEEP CALLING ASKING FOR MOR MONEY

They seem to trade under this name and also New World Digital Media. Just DON'T go near them. They reel you in with excellent offers and then lie their socks off, offering you the world. Myself and my business partner were conned by them, as they were playing us off against each other, openly saying that the other had said things they absolutely hadn't. We got trading standards involved and they were told to not contact us again (and had blocked their numbers) under any circumstances and they used a number registered under a Bed & Breakfast to call us from! Trading standards used their weight to ensure we got our money back, but it was all a really stressful experience. They just cold called me again today!! AVOID like the plague

This company done me out of £118.80 I changed my mind 2 days latter no refund new world digital media shouldn’t operate as a business

Terrible company they will cold call you offer to build a website for £99 plus Vat then within a few days there sales team will call you and ask for another £599 plus vat to put you on top of google I said no parted ways with New world digital media within the 14 days consumer act they will point black refuse a refund avoid this company it’s a scam

The company is an absolute scam. Offer you a website for £99 to which is done. But then come the add-ons. This year alone I have spent £500 to keep the website active. It’s an absolute con and they keep you paying 100 here and 100 there and tell you that’s it for the year every time. Do not be fooled by them and stay well clear. As someone else mentioned they call from mobile numbers instead of a dedicated office line which is also very unprofessional in my opinion.

It started with a offer for a website for £199 a year
Then they kept adding extras which was hard to say no to. They sell you the easy option take your money then keep adding extras
Like listing on google, not secure tags lifted etc
Absolute waste of money never spoke to the same person twice
But once you have made the financial commitment you are scared to pull out and waste your money
So don’t sign up in the first place
Avoid like the plague

Paid my £99, website finally got designed which I agreed. Needed to get my email domain transfered and since then they don't wnat to know. So instead of saving money switching from my current provider I am now paying for two with no website! Vicki in customer services I was told is supposed to be very reliable. Vicki needs retraining.

Very disappointed. Started off with a cheap deal that was too good to miss. Once they had me hooked, they presented a very basic 5 page web site. Then all the sales started, google search need to pay, google security need to pay.
Not a good experience.
I am going somewhere else.

Do not use! Scammers!

Contacted me to offer a design and hosting for £99 per year but then kept adding on extras which were hard to say no to, when asked is this the last thing to pay for and they said yes, a couple of months later they called me to take more money off of me for something else. They are very good at sales and upselling - be cautious! I am like many others, well and truly scammed and about £1000 down.
