Tasty pizza, friendly personell. And unlike Dominos they take cash. Found a new customer in me.

We always get pizzas from them and its always fast and most importantly, super good and fresh. I dont get the bad reviews, never had a bad experience:)

Ordered on 2nd June 2025, at NYP, Roosendaal, The Netherlands.
Received Garlic Chicken Spinach pizza, without spinach. Their response: "We were out of spinach so we put on extra onions".
Like CALL ME so I can maybe change my order? "If we had to call all customers we would be very busy. We haven't had any complaints yet."
Yes, perhaps because I ordered before service hours and I was probably among the first orders?

Terrible service. Won't order again and will advise my friends to never order there, either.
Ridiculous.

Pizza is not a very good quality and, it is not my first choice but okay..
My biggest problem is that they keep sending me the stupid newsletter, I unsubscribe again and again and are hough it says that I succesfully unsubscribed the newsletter keeps on coming.

100% the best pizzas in Wassenaar...i ordered lasagne from a local Italian restaurant and they sent me a tiny piece of over cooked lasagne covered in Tomato al a crème...never again will i go to any of these so called Italian restaurants....one of then is even run by Indians....with an Indian chef on the kitchen....if you want great pizzas and lasagne...stick with NY Pizza...you will not be disappointed.

Very bad experience really i naver eat like this tribal pizza please i naver recommend Amstlveen Branch new yourk pizza when i call there and say your piiza really bad he said no is normal and this pizza is fullt our stander
Omg I am Shocked…. Waste of money

Today at 16:25 I received my pizza, cheese bread and super small cheesecake. The pizza was terrible, everything was in oil, I couldn't take a single piece, everything fell apart, the cheese bread had a small layer of cheese, you can't call it cheese bread and if you love cheese, then your hopes will be disappointed. The cheesecake is not like the picture. I'm an angry customer, there is no more New York pizza for me ever, order was made in Veldhoven.

scam, say one price in the app and then eventually I pay a few euros more for no reason???

I ordered a pizza yesterday and today.
Today's pizza is simply a failure.
For €16 I bought bread splashed with tomato sauce in an absurdly small amount.
In a word, I am disappointed!
If I were you, I would start betting on quality. Next time, if I get something like this, I will return the pizza to you and demand a new one as described.

The customer service is a joke. I’m not sure for what they ever hired. I’m sending email without any reply. Please note that for what you are doing (scam the people) you will be reported to Consumentenbond.

On Saturday (19/10) I made an order in Utrecht and I had 2 issues:
1. I ordered 2 chocolate mousse but they did not have in the store. They tried to convince me to have a cookie instead, I declined, they told me that they would come back with my exchange which never happened.
2. The app from NY charged me 2x for my order.

I have been trying to get in contact with the customer service, and they are just saying "we are asking the filial to get in contact with me". 2 weeks and nothing... they offered me a free pizza to close the claim, but one pizza is way lower than the 66 euros they own me.

Last night they gave us two of the worst margherita pizza’s I have ever seen. I wish I could put the pictures with this review.

Very OILY pizza, since when did pizza have this much oil, see the pizza box, the comparison of 2 pizza(boxes) I ordered.

Misleading the client, manipulating the client. I ordered two pieces of pizza but they made me look like a complete fool and said that I ordered two whole pizzas. Everything was done subtly and professionally so I was shocked. Two men worked in pairs. The goal was most likely to earn more money for themselves from sales.

Very good pizza dough but the ingredients are lacking. Ordered for the eggplant on top but there are 5 slices that are 2x6 cm. That is riddiculous.

Realizing this I drop another star.

My order was never delivered and they didn’t refund it. I tried to contact customer services but they didn’t respond and when i call the store they said that they can’t do anything

Slecht topping.
Shoarma pizza with hardly any shoarma in fact, hardly any topping at all.
Never again!

Sent a complaint months ago due to the many late deliveries of my orders, never hear back from customer service. Shamefull, never ordering from NY Pizza ever again.

Yesterday I make an order and what I received wasn't hot and crispy, they saw my reviews, and they called me today,I was surprised, they apologise for the inconvenience and they are going to offer me a freedish for tonight. Please don't miss me understand is nice to get thing for free, but such nice, kind service customer approach is not easy to find wherever you go. Thanks a lot to all the amazing STAFF of the New York Pizza in Zaandam.
