Lucy was outstanding
Lucy was outstanding. I had cancelled an order and had not visited the site in some time. She stayed with me throughout and I had a new order placed within minutes. I will continue to use this service for all shows based off my experience with Lucy.

It was very easy to look at available seating for various shows that will be playing when we will be in New York. We just had to choose between them. So many options!

There was an issue with our flight…
There was an issue with our flight being delayed three (3) times, meaning we would miss our scheduled show today. The company worked with us to use it later and "Sam" was excellent in communicating back with me and offering a solution. Thank you all so much🫶🏾

Excellent service, friendly and reliable customer service.
I received the best service I could have from Marika. My credit card had problems at the time of payment, resulting in a duplicate payment.
I sent the message at night, around 9 pm, and the website's response said they would get back to me. Before 9 am, Marika had already resolved my problem.
I am immensely grateful!
