Good description of the show, easy to find the right places and straightforward paying. Good experience.

I just bought 2 broadway tickets for April 2026.I accidentally bought them through New York Theatre Guide. Never have I ever bought tickets through this site. I also foolishly paid for the protection plan. I thought I read “for full refund” and I would lose the payment for the protection plan. We are from out of town and I was being cautious. When I realized I made a mistake, not even 30 minutes, I tried to cancel but instead and like everyone, I was offered a voucher. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How is this legit? I didn’t want to lose my money (overcharged tickets) so I rebooked and guess what the original tickets were no longer available and suddenly new ones were available. Is this a scam? I don’t even have the tickets. Apparently, they will be emailed to me 24 hours or the day of. It doesn’t sit well with me. We are from out of town and I don’t know one company (unless not legit) who would do that. Once paid, I should have my tickets and also we should have the right to a full refund.

PS: no confusion and the situation hasn’t been resolved. I asked for a number to call but you couldn’t provide me with one. However, you only can call me. I’m forced to accept the tickets that I tried cancelling 5 minutes after purchase again thinking the protection payment was for full refund. Any organization big or small would refund or would provide a customer service nhmber. The conversation was via chat. I kept all the screenshots of the conversation with Marika.
At the very least, I hope to get my tickets asap.

Frantic that I lost my email with my ticket. I went on the web site clicked on the little chat box in the corner and much to my surprise had my lost ticket in my email with in minutes. If not seconds. I’m old it was easy to navigate. And then the next morning a human emailed me a ticket. Customer service is amazing. I felt seen!!!! Thank you I was distraught tht my ticket was gone.

I mistakenly bought a ticket after trying to canceling and rebook a ticket. No phone customer service and their Chat is automated. Impossible to try to reach someone. AND their service charge is ridiculously expensive!! find another buying site!!

My tickets were cancelled without my knowledge. I had tickets protection, but was offered a voucher/ theatre credit I even couldn’t contact anybody to figure out why it happened and how I can get my money back

New York Theatre Guide is wonderful! Their customer service response time was great and Finnian was super helpful with our dilemma. We’re very happy with result and definitely recommend.

Sadly I had to cancel my tickets due to the snow storm and an injury preventing me from travelling. My flight back to UK was cancelled due to tge storm and I was feeling upset to also miss the show. Micheal was kind and u derstanding issuing a voucher - which I have passed to my hosts as a thank you for my rehabilitation time! Really kind of you and greatly appreciated. I will book again with such a good company.

Do not buy any tickets from New York Theater unless you are 100% sure to show up for their shows. Spending over $20 per ticket to purchase the "Ticket Protection" does NOT cover your expenses. It covers only a year from the purchased date (not the show) to find another show: will not refund any money even you had to cancel the tickets within 6 hours. They will not refund your money, only a voucher. Period. Ticket Protection is a scam.
