This platform is very bad

This platform is very bad, in my opinion not reliable, customer service is clearly ineffective, just don't try it, their approach to customer problems is extremely poor, the information they provide is partly unreliable and partly ineffective, a bad experience, don't try it.

Good quality, Additional unexpected costs and pickup

The product is of good quality and made in Europe which to me is a huge plus.
The product itself aside, the shopping experience is quite lacking and leaves you feeling somewhat screwed over. The thing is, they don't include the tax, so when it arrived, I found myself having to pay around 30 dollars more, which was an additional 20% of my purchase. They don't have any disclaimer about that. In addition, it was a large purchase and it wasn't delivered to my door like usually from this sort of sites, but I had to go pick it up, it was heavy... overall it was a bad experience and I don't intend to buy from them again.
All they had to do is let me know there will be additional taxes or include them-like other retailers do, and get a normal shipping company- as other retailers do.

ZERO stars would describe it better

ZERO stars would describe it better! The worst experience ever. You cannot put different billing and shipping addresses, unlike at any other online store!!! Ridiculous! Would I buy there if I find a workaround? Most likely not.

Very poor return policy and terrible customer experience


Next’s return system is one of the most frustrating I’ve ever used.
You can’t combine returns from different orders, and they charge 25 ILS for each return — even if you ship everything together!
This policy feels unfair, greedy, and completely inconvenient for regular customers.
I love the products, but the return experience makes me think twice before ordering again.

I ordered Sandals and twice they sent me the wrong pair!

I ordered Sandals, the wrong sandals were sent and the incorrect size. I spoke to customer services and went to the Post Office & returned them. They offered a small discount when I returned them for the inconvenience.
So I ordered them again on the website and they sent me again the wrong pair and size, again I had to return them, I received a phone call with an apology, I asked to speak to a manager but no one has called me back, I’m not surprised.
I am not shopping online on Next IL again!
Twice the same mistake from their warehouse. Really?? They expect me to TRUST them again? Seriously?

Alert you will have to pay taxes in Israel

This is my first time ordering to Israel, I will start from there that my order arrived after three weeks, then,they ask me to pay a high tax in order to get it, which I didn’t see anywhere on the website that after purchasing in certain amounts , I will have to pay tax, very disappointed!!!

Bad quality products and no accountability

I'm really upset to write this as I've been a customer with multiple orders a month for 3 years now. Over the past year babygrows and rompers have got holes in them and the poppers have come off, it's as if they are disposable clothes after one child. Anyway, I took pictures of the items, faulty and with the next logo on the inside in the picture and customer service is giving me the run around to find order confirmations. You have all my details, look it up yourself - I shouldn't be doing your job for you to sift through hundreds of emails to find the right order including any email with the word next in. Also, a couple were a gift and I really liked them. No accountability or responsibility. I'll be using other places like Carters, George and Marks and Spencers. Much better quality.

Items arrive defective, and they don't take responsibility

Already for the second time in row I got some of the items from them defective, and this time they were also dirty
after contacting the customer support, they request you to waste your time returning those defective items like you work for them.
I do not suggest ordering from them, waste of your time and nerves
