Having zero idea how to use the new fieldglass (which they provided an 8 page document on how to enter hours ah the 21st century) I reached out to them ...over and over and over...No one ever actually answers the phone , email responses 24-48 hours. I gave it 3 stars as the work I had is very good BUT if you are unable to submit your hours it pointless
