Customer service is non-responsive trying to return an item no support at all
The product is very poor quality permanently wrinkled

I bought a sweatshirt back in February it was supposed to be here by February 2 have been dealing with the company saying they are going to send another sweatshirt out which I do not want. I want my money back when questioned about my money they said we sent you another shirt out please be very careful when you buy from this company

I ordered a Superbowl hoodie on February 10. It was supposed to be shipped in 7-10 business days. It is now March 3 and I still haven't received it nor have i received a tracking number. This company pretends to sell real NFL material. When I tried to contact them I had to go to a Facebook account. I received an automatic reply that noone was there at the moment and to leavee my email and order #. This is a scam company.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered something back in December 2025 for a gift, it is now February 9,2026 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE IT. I've written several times, they keep asking me to wait. I've contacted my credit card company to get my payment back. DO NOT ORDER FRON THEM!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!

If I could leave a 0 it would be ..total scam ..robbed me and kept my money with no product.. nothing but excuses. Every kind of excuse .. especially Carrier excuses ..but that's what scam companies do ..drag it out .ordered a hoodie August 8th ...four months later nothing..they also stopped answering emails now ..do not buy ..trust me .. report them to the proper authorities..get them shut down they deserve it ...merry Christmas to all the hard working blue collar people out there ...don't use this horrible scam site

this is a scam. if I knew how to leave 0 stars I would. its been over 2 months since I ordered, and still cant get any information on when its going to be shipped. do not waste your money.

Absolutely a scam. Take your money and no product

It took over a month of emails and i never received a tracking number or my order and they finally said since i complained they would stop processing and they would not send my order to my home address until i removed the complaint i cussed them out and definitely think this is a scam company!!! I got my refund through Paypal!

They are a SCAM!!! Ordered, supposed to ship 5-7 days, they keep blaming shipping agent!! DO NOT ORDER From them. Chinese scam company!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Product is NOTHING like their description. Poor quality & my item has a horrible smell.
Will only take back if I pay to return to Vietnam. Thats the whole cost of the item.

I placed my order February 6th a month later I received someone else's order and as of today April 12th still haven't receivedy order. I asked for a tracking number and they just keep telling me to be patient and that they will get back to me.

This is a scam company. They'll take your money then ghost you. No customer service. They're located in Vietnam.

Product is trash. I ordered a hat and hoodie. I am still waiting on the hoodie but just received the hat and omg you can definitely tell this hat was made in a sweat shop by some kid. The top seam of the hat goes all the way down the front of the hat through the logo. The material is extremely cheap. I can only imagine what the hoodie is going to look like. A trash bag with some writing on it is my guess. Definitely do not buy.

Back in December 31st, I ordered a sweatshirt form this company. They shipped it on January 9th. The email confirmation had the wrong shipping address. I've been trying to contact them since then. With no luck. Their web site is down for maintenance. And there phone number, I've left numerous messages, now no longer picks up.
So the package was eventually shipped and sent back because of the wrong address. Plus there is no USPS TRACKING NUMBER! So, to contact them is also impossible.
