Next Generation Home Improvements advertised anti slip resin, but since my drive has been done 2 people have slipped on it in the first 3 months. I have reported it and put a complaint in but they aren’t even willing to try and rectify it. They sent a man to inspect it and apparently its of high grade standards! If thats what their high standard is then its rubbish. What kind of company wont even come back to put things right or try and resolve it?? All i can say is if you get your drive done by this company, if you have any problem then they will not want to sort it.

The work team were thorough, respectful, tidy and hardworking. Would recommend them to anyone thinking about having an area redone in resin.

The installation team did a good job, in 1.5 days! The composite fence was installed exactly as per the sales specification, and completely replaces the old wooden fence which has been damaged in many places by animals - they won't damage NextGenerations replacement! I did come across the plank material, from the same moulds, in a Douyin video from China, where it is recommended for decking. But really I am impressed that it's completely squirrel-proof, and appears so far to deter the flocks of pigeons that used the old wooden fence. Also the aluminium uprights take up much less space in the border, than concrete uprights would have. All in all, new technology scores heavily and I'm sure the composite fence will have an excellent lifetime!

Flawless work on Resin front drive. Good work on fencing on rear garden, but had to wait for deliveries of materials etc. the trench was not completed by filling with top soil.

Great experience. Salesperson spent a lot of time with me explaining the options. The fitter was efficient and friendly and the quality of the door was good

This was the second time we had used Next Gen for resin laying and they were just as great as the first time.

Everything was explained well and the builders were very kind and efficient.

All the admin staff were very helpful and friendly. Keeping me informed as to what would happen prior to the work starting. The workmen who came to do the groundwork kept me informed of any problems they came across whilst doing the work. Such as the grounds slight slope away from the back door which meant a little further to step down when using the back door. They were very friendly and professional. The two young men laying the resin explained that due to the cold weather the resin would take a little longer to set.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I am delighted with the result. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to family and friends

Next Generation completely transformed my front garden and driveway, expanding the drive into the garden and really opening up the whole space. Kept me fully informed of progress, and the lads worked exceptionally hard in pretty foul weather for the first couple of days. To be fair it looked like the Somme to start with, but i now have a superb new drive (so much so my neighbour is having his done next month!).

Our driveway of nearly 100 square metres was 44 year old tarmac and by all accounts it was made of good quality tarmac, but was nearing the time when it would need replacement. Further down our road 2 dwellings had recently had resin bound drives constructed by Next Generation. I paid particular attention to the one nearer me and was very impressed by both the construction and the quality of the work.
To me, resin bound drives are the ‘new kid on the block’ in the way that blocks and patterned concrete have been in the past before people had irregular surfaces from blocks and cracks from patterned concrete. Next Generation’s construction seems to promise a superior drive.
We used the original tarmac as the sub-base which requires the edges to be re-made, and the garden border re-modelled about 20 mm higher. I had not expected this but the time interval from order to start of the preparation work allowed me sufficient time to re-shape plant borders.
Next Generation has worked with experts on each novel aspect of the process – an example is the resin formulation which results in a complex detailed control of the conditions of use – e.g. temperature and moisture content. This resulted in very hot working conditions for the preparation work, but a delay in when the resin and stone surface could be laid (this year’s weather has been unusually variable).
The outcome is a very smart pervious driveway that we are very impressed with, and are proud to say ‘Next Generation project managed and expedited all the work’. When asked to rate them out of 10 my answer was 11.

I had new driveway gates fitted. The two men arrived within the expected time slot. They worked all day in the pouring rain by firstly removing the old gates. This was difficult as they had to proceed with skill and patience to avoid damaging my neighbours gate post.This achieved, they then fitted the new posts with great care. The new gates were fitted and the levelling took some time due to the lie of the land sloping in two directions.Every bit of rubbish was cleared up before they left. The gates look wonderful and my home feels more secure. After six and a half hours working in the rain, the men were soaked, but never complained. Brilliant work and pleasant, thoughtful and polite chaps.

The whole team from the very start of the process to the very end were exceptional. They kept us up to date throughout the whole installation of our new drive.
