I went on an emergency visit to 7 dental on Normanton Road Derby. All ok but I have rang today to ask for my X-rays as I need further urgent care at my dentist, I had to ring head office in Nottingham, I was on the phone for 40min they picked the phone up and put it down before I could speak and on the third attempt I explained my situation they said it would be at least 2 weeks before they sent it, the woman on the phone was completely disinterested, so much for NHS dentists !!!!!

ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT. There phone service is the worst customer service I have ever come across in over 35 years. I would advise everyone to stay well clear if you want to stay calm and not get frustrated at their lack of professionalism.

I HAD TO FIX MY DENTURE AS IT WAS USELESS, SO MY NEW DENTIST TOOK AN IMPRESSION TO FIX IT AND MAKE IT STRONGER, & WHEN I TRIED IT, IT WAS FINE, IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS AND STILL FINE, SO I WAS REALLY RIGHT ABOUT MY INEXPERIENCE DENTIST @ THIS SURGERY . . .

They are a big scammer they don’t explain to people if they are eligible to free treatment they do it on purpose to give penalties and collect money at the end they say is your responsibility to check

AUGUSTUS ROAD DENTAL PRACTICE SW19 ARE A JOKE! THE DID FILLINGS YESTERDAY ASKED THAT COME TODAY AT 2:30 AT 2:32 THEY PHONED MY NUMBER AND ASKED IF IM COMING THROUGH TO THEM WHICH I REPLIED YES AND THEN THEY DIDNT WANT TO HELP !,

WHY DID THEY PHONE AND SAY YES EVN WHEN TOLD THEM IM 5 MINS LATE ?

A workplace review.
Position: reception.

I was fired after one mistake - I misread the rota which was hand-scribbled all over my hours. At the start of the employment I requested a half day off for that day, which was granted. And then it was changed all of the sudden.
And mind you, I was fired after a positive performance review I had just a day before!
To add to this, there is a high turnover in reception, which adds pressure to the rest of the team.
The team themselves were all right, except for one a bit toxic Romanian receptionist.
