Don't buy their electronic giftcards - delicious icre cream though
I purchased a giftcard and it said I would receive the link on e-mail. I never received the link, so I e-mailed them a couple of times. Did not get an answer after 3 days, so I called the number on the e-mail. It was not customer service (apparently they don't have any), it was a nicecream shop. They said they could not help me there and the only solution was to go buy the store and pick up a physical voucher (which was not a possibility, that is why I bought the electronic one).
In the meantime the occasion I was going to use the giftcard as a present passed, and I still received no answer.
Their ice cream is absolutely delicious but definitely I do not recommend buying the electronic vouchers.
