i have talked with many agents and real state companies and from these experiences ,i believe isha is a great agents. she had a great communication and she did great job for me.

As soon as I got in touch with Vishal and Isha, they have been so courteous and helpful throughout the process of completing my rental.
They were ready to answer any questions any time i called them and always picked up the call immediately or called me back right away. They kept re-assuring me that everything is progressing smoothly which is always nice to hear. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in renting via Niche Estates.

Great experience with the team at Niche Estates, called up on Monday to enquire about a property & was moved in by Friday despite it being a bank holiday weekend. We had tight deadlines, but they made it happen. Special nod to Isha who assisted us & ensured everything ran so smoothly.

Everyone I talked to at Niche Estates was very kind and helpful. Vishal showed me around the properties. I had a problem getting to the place of the viewing and, even though I was late, he gave me all the time I needed to look around. He explained all the details and answered to all my questions, always with the best attitude. After the viewings, he made himself available to answer any other doubts I had. Vishal is very warm and professional with how he communicates with you. He has excellent customer services and everything he said he would do he has done. Vishal is excellent at making and keeping contact with you and ensuring that you are kept updated with every step of the process of renting your property. Photos of my property were taken at the start of the week and within 24 hours he had three offers made on our property, references were completed and tenants are now due to move in at the start of the month. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with my previous agent, aware of this Vishal has been very considerate and informative during this process and reassured me every step of the way that using Niche Estates is the right choice, so much so he is now the managing agent as well. Vishal was recommend to me via a very happy customer and I too would definitely recommend Niche Estates - I look forward to a stress free time with Vishal managing my property.
